Shopped here a few times over the last several months until I had to return a bottle of wine. All of the seals were intact but the bottle some how had a slow leak. They refused to refund or exchange it. The staff yelled at me, until other patrons voiced their outrage at my treatment and demanded that I be refunded. If you are not of the same race as the people who work here this is not the place for you. They are not welcoming and say smart remarks in their language thinking you don’t know any better. They do not greet when you come in and act like you owe them something. The place is huge and has anything you can think of but customer service is meh. One guy acted like we werent there and the other was barely helpful. But they had my bubbly and that is all that matters.

Update: Went in again recently and customer service was much better. Not great but better. They also had some companies doing tastings which was nice. Place is very clean...
