HORRIBLE! WOW THIS PLACE HAS A 2.4 LOW RATING BEFORE I EVEN PUT MINE IN. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH UBER ON MY DAYS THAT I HAVE ONLY A FEW APPONINTENTS BECAUSE I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS AND EVERYTIME I GET ORDERS FROM THIS 711 I ARRIVE AND THE GUY TELLS ME THE SAME GUY CANCEL THE ORDERS CANCEL THE ORDERS CANCEL THE ORDERS. BECAUSE HES TOO LAZY TO PUT THE ORDERS IN IS WHAT IM FINDING OUT AND ON TOP OF THAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO CANCEL THE ORDERS ON HIS END SO I CAN STILL GET PAID AND HE REFUSES OTHERWISE UBER WILL SEE HOW MANY ORDERS HES CANCELLING. SO AND THEN ONE OF THE TIMES HES TELLING ME TO CANCEL I GO TO MY CAR TO LEAVE AND HE XOMES OUTSIDE TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE. REALLY? I called the store to ask if they had in stock the sweet potato and brown sugar sun chips which are my favorite.This the only place that i can find them,ive looked all around nobody sells them,well this guy answered the phone "WHAT"I POLITELY ASKED WAS THIS 7-11 HE SAID YES THEN9 I WENT TO ASK HIM ABOUT THE CHIPS BUT HE JUST LAYED THE PHONE DOWN AND WITHOUT EVEN SAYING HOLD ON,SO I WAITED WHILED THE REGISTER WAS RINGING BUT ABOUT 3MIN LATER HE JUST SUDDENLY HUNG UP.I TRIED TO CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE VOICEMAIL CAME ON THEN LIKE A FAX NOISE .I LIVE QUITE A DISTANCE AWAY.HE WAS VERY VERY VERY RUDE.WASNT HE TAUGHT...

Please don’t waste time to go here the guy at the front was atrocious , was constantly on his phone and had no customer service, did not want to even do his job even when asking him about the products/prices . Then had the nerve to say I had 30 cents in my account several times because I told him to wait so I can make a transfer to that account. He was extremely uncouth and rude to customers.
