Jones Inlet Marine — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I was referred to Phil by a customer of mine who tells it like it is. After many bad experiences with others fixing the boat and being ready to sell the boat, I called Phil and I found out why he was able to make my customer happy. Its been a great experience and talking with many people who dock their boats the efforts show. They have whats like a family of happy customers all with so many positive stories and praise for Phil and the staff and my ongoing experience has me saying the same thing. I'm in the service business and as hard as you try its not always easy to keep a smile and make everyone happy and they appear to make every effort to do just that. I had an issue with the boat last night and left a message on their voice mail after hours expecting at best to get a call sometime tomorrow, as we have friends traveling far to joining us tomorrow. I was amazed and within a short time I got a text they will check it in the morning. Its all about the efforts and they deserve the feed back they get and have a customer happy to tell others and will. Keep up the amazing experience....
