The worst place on the earth/planet to get meat from. I just got ground beef with so much ligament/cartilage/connective tissues in it. You can see my pic. The beef did not smell like beef at all. Had little to no smell. When I made kofte, it was chewy and clumpy with hard white pieces of ligament/cartilage in it. So disappointed. It was talking longer than usual to cook which is making me wonder if it’s even beef 😳.

Before this I was sold baby goat when I ask for regular goat. These people are cheat and thieves. Cannot believe they actually do this to ppl. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt for years, but no more! You lost a customer because you try to pass horrible beef/meat to make...

I was first introduced to the meat department during the year 2002 while a short order cook then at a restaurant just starting out, and we decided on Pak valley for all Beef, Goat and Chicken needs.
