Petite Pram — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

Wow. Don't even have words for this place! First time going there, needed a car seat/stroller to bring my baby home from the hospital. You see, she was supposed to come home on Thursday and someone was supposed to pick one up Thursday morning and come pick us up - but then I found out she can go home Wednesday at 5:45 PM and I'm scrambling. I call every baby store I can find on Google and my friend told me I need to try Petite Pram - so I called them up (it was 5:57 PM when the store closes at 6) I thought I was doomed. Most stores don't answer the phone 10 min before closing, let alone 3 minutes before.... but someone answered!! I don't remember the name but they were just the sweetest! Even though closing was at 6 they took the time to answer all of my questions and even steered me to the Doona which I hadn't considered before. The best part is, they stayed until 6:45 so that I was able to get it that night. You gained a customer for life and I absolutely love my Doona!

At first I was excited about placing my order with them, I even paid for express shipping. After 3days I didn’t receive my items. When I finally spoke to someone I was informed that one of the three items that I've ordered was out of stock and so was the next option (should have been out of stock online). So the lady told me she was going to ship the other two items. The next day came and my iteams still haven’t been shipped so she told me she’s just going to refund me my cash back ! Very horrible service!!

And now a year later they want to respond to my review and insult me. Very unprofessional, the only problem was your team lacks the knowledge to run a store. Talk about fraud no fraud was detected. This store just didn’t have any orbit baby products in-stock and your sales associate said there was some. Took my order and 3days later receiving no confirmation is why I continued to call back. So if there was any fraud going on is...

I think this is my new favorite store in Cedarhurst❣️ We went in for my new granddaughter and ended up getting everything from changing pads to an entire room of baby furniture, rockers, travel accessories, strollers, baby bags , baby towels and blankets, baby sheets and bouncer seats with toy attachments, furry mittens that attach to the stroller❣️ Even got a few baby gifts off of their baby registry. Can’t wait to use their custom upholstery services! Delivery was easy and customer service was amazing. Thanks for explaining everything to us and making all these first time...
