Victoria's Nails & Spa — Attraction in Town of Huntington

This places quality has decreased significantly. I’ve been to a few of their locations across the island for the past 3-4 years but the quality has changed so much in that time (not in a good way). I went the day before the 4th of July for a gel pedi and regular manicure. The technician tried to paint toes first without cutting my nails or cuticles or soaking my feet! She tried to tell me it would last longer which is not true... and no other nail technician was doing it that way to their customers. I had to direct her on how to do my nails. I’ve never seen anything like it. I also was getting my previous acrylic soaked off and they used regular nail polish remover and NOT ACETONE so they wouldn’t come off. She then left acrylic on two of my nails and I noticed and she tried to file them but it wasn’t removed. She then had the nerve to paint over them with regular polish. She also cracked my toenail and put gel builder on the toenail and it completely split my toenail in half two days later. I have never experienced such terrible service and such poor service quality materials used. Please seek other nail salons with people that are actually trained. I had to remove all of my polish the next fat because it was chipping. Now I feel naked because I don’t have pretty shiny nails. Terrible experience please avoid...

Started coming here in 2024 and have always been happy with the services even though a few times when I scheduled my mani/pedi ahead of time with Louis, he was only able to do my mani due to having another appointment. I thought the purpose of an appointment was to make sure they have the time to do whatever services you book. I overlooked this a few times because my toes came out fine no matter who did them. 3 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for me and my sister (who has never been to a salon) to sit next to each other for nails and toes. This was supposed to be fun and exciting. One of the techs was running late but that's understandable. But then they wanted my sister to do her pedi while I was getting my mani. Unacceptable because when I scheduled the appointment i specifically said i wanted it so we could sit next to each other. So they offered me to get my pedi done first too. That was fine. Then Louis could not do my mani because his next appointment came in(he would not have had the time to do my pedi once again). When we were finished with pedis we were separated by one chair for the mani with someone sitting between us. It was so incredibly disappointing that I decided I will not be going back there. Me, my sister and my neighbor will be trying the new salon right...

I have been at this place for years however each and every time I come back to with an appointment it is never acknowledged the last time I waited an hour the girl I had my appt w did someone’s nails at my appt time and then proceeded to wax eyebrows on 3/4 people while I was left in the pedicure chair to wait when i said something twice loyalty and appt times meant nothing . She wasn’t even appreciative that I keep coming back for her

I made an appt again today swearing this is my last time for 1pm, I asked nicely it is my daughters birthday we don’t have alot of time will you be able to acknowledge the appt time , again I was left sitting in the pedicure chair. When I walked in the girl I have my usual appt with was “soaking” someone’s nails. So instead of then having her w someone else I was left to again sit in the back pedicure chair likely so I can’t see how he continues to skip my appt . I sat another 30 min

I walked out this was the last time , and the girl I’ve been so loyal to despite the man complete lack of customer service she never even lifted her head as I was leaving nor acknowledge me as I left
