Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Town of Irondequoit

I've been here and the other location before they moved many times over the years. I WON'T BE GOING BACK. This store is racist. I am white so reverse racist. I went to the store. Despite the sales people making comments about how the white people don't belong there, and I should just "know my place". I decided to try on a couple things including a couple bras. The associate harasses me with should I really be trying on bras because she didn't like it. I responded that since I am not breastfeeding or pregnant there should be no issues. She told me it was gross. (Men try on shirts all the time bare chested). She decided to let me.. this one time. Then as I'm walking into the dressing room I hear her say NASTY WHITE BITCH. yeah so I didn't buy anything.

Customer service was very unprofessional. As I was shopping a retail worker was eating a bag of chips as she was putting merchandise away and chatting with customers. I was afraid she was going to check me out and put grease all over the clothes I wanted to purchase. The only reason she didn’t was because I had returns. What about all the merchandise she was touching and putting away. Some people need to be educated on customer service etiquette. Very disappointed!
