But, yesterday this restaurant had no sides and no biscuits prepared for sale and it was only a bit after 5. Got a "deal" of only chicken, yes I could've went elsewhere but I was quite hungry and needed to eat immediately due to health issues. Bottom line, I don't think I'd have cared much and surely wouldn't have written this review, but, "THEY ARE STEALING THE SEASONINGS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The chicken I received, tasted like NOTHING! Literal "NOTHING! The only way I could say I was eating Popeyes chicken is because I purchased it from a restaurant that"appeared to be one. And the only way I could say I was eating chicken is because I was looking at it while I ate it. By the time I started eating it, I was too far away, and didn't feel like navigating traffic and utilizing more of my time to go back, complain, and return it. I blame myself as I've heard horror stories about this particular Popeyes restaurant, yet I went there anyway thinking management had changed and they would've had their s#@t together. But no. So this is the very first review ever written by me. And unfortunately for Popeyes, it must be "negative" and informative in a way that doesn't smile upon the establishment. I will be contacting corporate as well, which is what the rest of us unsatisfied customers need to do if we want better for our money, as it's clear that management doesn't give a damn. Also, I couldn't believe the appearance of the establishment behind the counter. No comment on that, I'm tired of writing and I have a hell of a phone call to make to their corporate office. I placed my order thru the mobile app and when I arrived in the drive thru I was EVENTUALLY greeted by someone who was clearly having a bad day or just hates their job. I was then told that the nugget meals I ordered haven't been available in over a month even though it's on the app and the menu board in the drive thru. I was told the only thing I could do was cancel my order which takes 3-5 days for a refund. I pulled into a parking spot and went inside to ask if something could be substituted. The young woman who greeted me was pleasant, as was I. She said she would gladly swap the nuggets for tenders and she went to look for my receipt. As she walked away she mentioned it to what I assume was the manager on duty. Who said nothing to me or her. She did however discuss the situation in Spanish with another co-worker, not realizing I speak Spanish. She basically told her it's not her problem and I can cancel my order. When the young woman came back she told the MOD what she was going to do and was told she couldn't do that. I asked why they would sell them if they don't have them and pointed out they are on every menu in the building and even still have a warming tray with a tag on it for them. I got a snotty response of "I don't control advertising". The young woman asked her what she should tell me and her only response was "he can cancel his order". She refused to come speak with me about the situation and went back to what she was doing. I stayed polite, told the young women thank you and left. I cancelled my order and went across the street to Panera where I received exemplary service. WILL NEVER GO TO POPEYES AGAIN! Read moreI got to Popeyes around 9:30 pm on a Sunday and they close at 10:00 Pm . The customer service was very rude and short answered with me basically tried to give me mild chicken because that was the only kind that was out. I over heard a employee saying that they do have Spicey chicken which was what I wanted and then I heard one say just tell him we don’t have anymore . I immediately thought that was rude and not a way to deal with long time customers . They seemed to want to shut down early I had drove almost 30 minutes from my family gathering just to make sure I made it there on time . I burn more gas and did not get any food because they did not want to cook it because that would mitt that they were going to be at work after 10 PM I spent too much money to be treated this way and this isn’t the first time that they tried to close early and short answer me they have done it several times but I am fed up and want The higher ups to look into this I spend at least $100 a week there and to receive constant attitude and disrespect when I am a customer a loyal customer at that I would like for someone to contact me regarding this matter and I really don’t appreciate having to waste my time to not only get the food that I wanted but to receive bad service as a result .The reason why it upsets me the most is because they do have spicy chicken in stock they were just too lazy to even consider dropping a five piece for me very unprofessional and I will not be spending any more money there I can promise you that I will be taking my money to...
