This is one bar that feels almost out of place with it's surrounding neighbor. A Williamsburg hipster feel in Long Island? Yup. * The decor is dim lit that have many artsy pictures framed on the wall to add to the vibe. The space is extremely narrow going to and from the bar or even further to the back area. Loved the drinks They have MANY infused cocktails. *MUST TRY: Fresh Cortland Apples & Chai Tea w/Raspberry Cider. Strong potent punch from the initial sip that smooths out and finishes heavy with the Chai. Good bang for your buck. * Maple Bacon & Fresh Dates W/ Raspberry Cider tasted like pancakes, the best kind. Add in the kick of maple syrup and it really satisfies your inner sweet tooth. * Butternut Squash, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean w/ Apple Cider tastes like your homemade apple pie straight from the chilling in the fridge. * Roasted Garlic & Beef Jerky W/ Bloody Mary is the BEST Bloody Mary I've ever had. It will rock your socks off. Nice heat, good medium notes from the garlic and beef, and right portion of tomato juice to vodka. * They also have spiked shakes but I'd skip it. * Great detour if you miss your boat to...

I had one beer from the tap (Greenport Black Duck) and it had some metallic off flavors that make me think that either it was an older keg or the lines hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. I wanted to grab an Evil Twin can, but the bottle list wasn't up to date. The bartenders had said they hadn't received Evil Twin in weeks, so I had a Blue Point Toasted Lager instead. This bar is a cool little spot, just not...
Read more9:30 on a Wednesday night strolling through Main Street in Bayshore just enjoying the night with coffee from the Milano Bean Cafe which is right across the street. They had just closed and me and my girlfriend saw a few seats outside The Cortland on the way back to our car so we decided to sit down for a few minutes to finish our coffee. It was kind of a chilly night and nobody was sitting out there. All of a sudden the Owner comes outside to tell us to get out of there if we weren’t gonna come inside to buy a drink. I thought it was awful. I would never step foot...
