We had the pleasure of working with Art, and his Team from Smarter Home Solutions to install a new Sonos system and invisible speakers, and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish, the team was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and so easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain everything in simple, clear terms, which made the whole process much easier to understand.

One of the things that stood out to us was how considerate they were of our two small dogs. They were so thoughtful about keeping the noise to a minimum, especially since one of our dogs is sensitive to loud sounds. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making the experience comfortable for us and our pets.

Incredible service!!! This company blew me away with how responsive they were. Art and his amazing team are the best, could not have asked for anything better! Beyond the main elements of being on time, very friendly and kind, and doing a great, quality, outstanding job, they were very informative, actually helping me decide what TV to buy, and being happy to share their insights into all the questions I had. They installed the TV on a full motion mount they provided, in the corner of our room; they were neat, organized, and very proficient in what they were doing, sound bars mounted, headphones, with all the wires suppressed inside the wall; it just looks like the TV is floating in mid-air; we can watch it from inside or turn it around and watch it from our porch outside. They were detailed in the quote they provided, breaking everything down so as not to have any unexpected costs. After I experienced a very unprofessional and poor first try with an other company to install my wall mounted TV, Smart Home Solutions came to my rescue. They assessed my situation, advised me on what I needed and the services that they can provide. A 4 man team of professionals arrived - successfully hid the cable box in the wall behind the wall mount, made sure the TVs were centered and level. I mention that because the previous company did none of that! The Smart Home Solutions protected the floor and area before they started the install and of course cleaned up after. Time ( nearly an hour) was spent on line with the Cable company to get me up and running. They provide outstanding full service, are very personable and have a very competent install team.
