If I could give this place 0 stars I would but Google doesn’t allow that. I recently rented the double lane water slide for a Fourth of July party and it was disappointing to say the least. At first my experience with this place was great. I found it very easy to navigate the website and rent the water side. It was also very easy to read and sign their contract online. They also even emailed me confirming the slide and what time the crew would be there for set up. On the day of the 4th the crew got there on time and proceeded to set the slide up. I had an enormous amount of space on an empty lot for them to set up the slide and said they could do it where ever they felt best. They set the slide up and left without saying anything. As I started to fill the pool up at the bottom of the water slide, issues started to arise. As the pool filled up at the bottom of the double lane slide it became clear that it wasn’t able to hold the proper amount of water needed in order to even use the slide. There was a clear line that said you can not use the slide with little water as it made it unsafe for kids and adults alike because it couldn’t stop you and you could fall out. As this is happening the owner of the establishment Jovan arrived onsite with weights for the slide so it could be more stable. I stated to him the issues and he even saw the issue himself. He stated he has had the slide for 3 years and that he had never seen this happen before and thought that the place his crew chose to set it up was the issue. On the left side of the pool was a slight dip in the pavement so he felt that it wasn’t able to support the slides pool therefore that’s why the water wouldn’t stay. Unfortunately his only response was there wasn’t much to do because he couldn’t move it himself anymore as it was too heavy. I stated that I would like to talk about a refund which he agreed with at the moment and over text message but has stopped communicating with me after he picked it up. Now the best part is that when Jovan the owner came to pick up his water slide he brought another blowup he owned from another rental and used my water and electric to clean it. I guess it was in sand and he cleaned it on my property leaving me with sand all over my lot! He didn’t ask if he could do it and was not going to tell me I had someone at the property call me asking who authorized that. If I could give them 100 stars I would! They RESCUED our daughter’s birthday party today when a different bounce rental company canceled this morning just HOURS before guests were to set to arrive. I had a birthday girl in tears and started calling other rental companies in a panic. When I explained the situation to the amazing woman at Bounce N Boogee she literally sprang into action and had not one but TWO inflatables heading our way immediately. They gave me a deal and didn’t try to gouge me for the last minute booking. They arrived just in time, with a smile, knowing they were truly making a difference for a little kid (more than I can say for the other company) and had everything set up for an amazing backyard party. The kids loved the obstacle course and the huge slide and even in colder temps were able to stay warm because they didn’t want to stop playing. Bounce n Boogee- we will forever be grateful for you saving the day and we will absolutely return for our next rental. SUCH GREAT...

I happily leave this review after our first experience with this wonderful company. Last year, we rented the double slide bounce house and it was a HUGE success. The kids spent the entire time inside & loved every second of it. The bounce house was clean & looked pristine. If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought I was the first to be able to use it! On to the customer service and drop off. The crew that was dispatched to our event was not only on time, professional and swift to get everything together, but they were wonderful and friendly! We actually invited them to stay, but they had other deliveries LOL! We loved bounce and Bougee so much, that we decided again this year to book them for our event!
