Wow, just wow!!! I cannot lie, Larchmont has some great food and some memorable restaurants; but Ani Ramen takes the cake! Pro tip: the cocktail menu is amazing! They have the best selection of Japanese whiskeys and Sake I’ve seen in the county, but let one of their bartenders go to work and produce one of their handcrafted cocktails from their menu! I recommend the Shiso Cucumber Sour, but definitely try them all! The food is amazing, too. The chef’s special ramen with the Umani bomb hits l, especially on those cooler days. When the seasons change though, I enjoy a combo of the pulled pork Bao Buns and a Rice bowl. They’re on the “Bites” part of the menu, but I promise any two items there will constitute a proper full meal. Speaking of making the menu your own. One word: WINGS. You do not need blue cheese for these and for my money the happy hour wings are actually superior. Go figure!? All that said, what’s best about Ani is not on the menu or hidden in their gem of a music mix (which I hear is made specifically for their chain of locations); but it’s in each of the staff members that makes this place a neighborhood staple. From the manager on down, everyone brings their A-game here. The service, the ownership of every detail and, the empathy all come through in every interaction. They even show superior regard to the delivery drivers who come in for DoorDash/ Uber Eats orders. A sight that is unfortunately uncommon. Even during the fast pace of their peak hours, everyone seems to be enjoying working together. A credit to the management team. When you’re here, you’re treated like family. This why when I’m in the village of Larchmont, and looking for an amazing meal; I find myself coming back to Ani Ramen time and time again.

I ordered the chef's special ramen and was disappointed. ☹️ The noodles were great (texture was exactly right and pretty good flavor) and you can't go wrong with slabs of pork, but the broth and other toppings were all wrong. There were pieces of cabbage, which I appreciate for the thought of adding leafy vegetables to my diet but it didn't work. Give me seaweed instead anyday. There were also pieces of pickled ginger, which I hate, and which I don't think belong in noodle soup. Then the broth was a mix of flavors that didn't do it for me. It's supposed to be a chicken broth with shoyu tare. I tasted neither chicken nor shoyu. It was rich, but the flavors were just not melding.

Decided to try this ramen house, since we were in the area. Let me just say this - best pork bao buns I've had in a while. I ordered the Shoyu ramen. Broth was slightly more salty than I would expect, but it was a very enjoyable. My daughter ordered the spicy miso soup & loved it. She also raved about the fried tofu & kimchi. Lemonade had a slight bubble to it & had a unique, refreshing flavor. Give this place a try. We really enjoyed our meals.

Ani Ramen is a decent ramen shop. The Ramen is not amazing out of this world, but it was pretty good and it satisfies the cravings. Given that there is not many ramen shops in New Rochelle, I would consider coming back here. I also had a kimchi bao bun, and it was amazing. This is something I would consider coming back for.

Shoutout to the staff, Jhosue, for supporting me as I navigated through the menu. He is knowledgeable about the popular items on the menu and even considers what kind of flavors I lean towards before making a recommendation. I give credit to him for recommending the Kimchi Bao Buns, as sometimes I think about the Bao Buns still to this day. I appreciate the patients the staff here have with indecisive customers like myself.

The scene is this somber night in the Japanese lights. It’s a cool vibe and nice aesthetic. I enjoy the Japanese feel of the wall art and the moody lighting in the bar.

This place would be fit for a casual dinner solo or with some friends. Ani Ramen earns a 3atar in food from me because although the ramen was good, it was rather smaller than what I’ve seen in many other ramen shops; however, my ramen cravings were kindly satisfied. The service was excellent, and the scene is calming in the...

Went here after seeing 4.2 stars. Was very disappointed. Super cute place, very clean looking. Seated us immediately, however.. The water literally tasted musty we couldn’t drink it, it tasted like dust??? I don’t know if it’s because of the water or if the cups weren’t clean. Me and my girlfriend both ordered the chefs special. Probably one of the worst ramens I’ve had from a restaurant, i don’t know if this is just because i’ve been spoiled from living in the city or what. It first came with no toppings you have to pay for any thing on top. The broth was just weird ?? It was spicy and that’s about it. It claimed to be a form of chicken broth with a ton of different flavors involved and me and my gf both tasted none of it. I always finish ramen and I left about half the bowl, I only ate it bc I was starving. We did get the ani salad and that was really good! But for a place that was supposed to be ramen oriented, really did not live up to...
