Would give zero stars if I could. Was there recently for my 2 year olds covid shot appt. I put in his info in the kiosk and his appointment couldn't be found. So I told the pharmacist that administers the vaccines that I was having trouble. She told me to sign in as a new patient. The kiosk was not working so I told her again. She said we are fully booked today, to just wait it out for an appointment. So basically she wants me to wait with a 2yr old all day until something opens up? That's absurd. She then suggests to ask a cvs pharmacist that administers vaccines only to 12yrs and up. And I say politely they are only licensed to vaccinate 12yrs and up. My son is 2. She then says you can try to ask still. So im frustrated at This point because she has horrible bedside manner and is very unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. I go over to the pharmacy side and ask the pharmacist for some help on the kiosk and for other options that they can help me with since minute clinic was being very unhelpful. Pharmacist at cvs on other side says the same thing I told the minute clinic staff they are not permitted to do that. So I told them that minute clinic suggested I come to this side (which basically translates to ask a cvs pharmacist that is UNLICENSED TO VACCINATE CHILDREN, to do it for your son) which I feel is a liability for the company but also for any parents that comes into contact with this pharmacist at minute clinic. This lady at minute clinic is a liability period. I decided to not let this person administer anything to my son because of her bad energy, gross negligence and her very dangerous advice to have an unlicensed pharmacist vaccinate my child. I would not recommend this establishment as a whole. BEWARE!!!!!! Also, if you'd decide to still come here to vaccinate your child, she is a white woman with blond hair probably late thirties to early forty. I didnot get her name...
Read moreMy family has along history of drug and alcohol abuse which is why I wasn't surprised that I had developed a drug addiction. Unlike most of my family members, I wanted to actually do something about it instead of just acknowledging I have a problem. I checked myself into this rehab center in Larchmont. There I received professional counselors to talk to about all my problems and help me realize things about myself. Not only did I walk out of the center sober, I left with a better understanding of how to cope...
Read moreHorrible experience. Teach your employees at the register how to treat a paying customers. Opted to go the the employee at the register to check out and asked for a bag for my items just to have her shove a bag my way. Where is the customer service. If a customer asks for a bag you should pack them and not act like it's a hassle. Nasty attitude as well... Please hire more mature employees that can treat customers with the proper respect they deserve when they bring you...
