I recently visited this spot for lunch and was truly impressed by the great customer service from the moment I walked in. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and answering questions about the menu without hesitation. I ordered the braised chicken tinga salad with the Chopt lettuce blend, and it was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—definitely a highlight of my meal.

Had high hopes 4 this place. Walked in Monday evening, must have been a busy day, food area behind counter was un-appetizingly messy, food dropped between the seperated containers. I asked which salad dressings were GF, the server went to ask manager, he too didn't know what the labels meant. One older server waiting on a customer dropped some food on her apron, she actually picked it from apron and put in customers bowl, yuck! I asked my server does my salad get chopped, she said yes & proceeded to toss my salad in the actual bowl. But the biggest disapointment is that when i got home to eat my salad, there was considerably much more lettuce than other items, and what little existed was not mixed together with other items, it was the most boring salad i ever ate, horrible! Well, you won't be seeing me again. White Plains has two Chops, both great! one on Main st. And one on Mamaroneck ave. (400 bk.) I had the most delicious Caesar salad ever at CHOPT! I ordered the kale Caesar and asked to mix in some spinach, then added a slice of baked salmon. The creamy dressing, crunchy croutons, and Parmesan created the perfect mix of textures and flavor. I also asked for pickled red onions—baby, that sent my salad into another dimension of tastiness!

At first, I thought the salmon from the warmer looked a bit dried out, but the server immediately offered to make me a fresh piece. That’s top-notch customer service! She was so patient with me, especially since it was my first time at CHOPT and I felt a little overwhelmed with all the options. Her suggestions were spot on, and I really appreciated her kindness.

The ambiance was fresh and bright with big windows letting in lots of natural sunlight. I chose to sit outside on the patio and enjoyed the warm sun while savoring every bite. I paired my salad with a bottle of Saratoga spring water—simple, refreshing, and perfect.
