I purchased a mattress that was in stock, and scheduled it to be delivered to a new home approximately 5 weeks later. Fast forward to the delivery date, nobody showed up. After a few phone calls we found out the mattress was out of stock!? Apparently, they fill orders by delivery date and not by the order in which customers purchase. The policy is absolutely backwards.
