I hate to be the one and come on here and write a bad review but too many situations have occurred that for the sake of other customers you should all know. I was so excited for this place to open because I have lived in Larchmont for 25 years and I was starting to get really sick of eating the same fast food chain places around over and over again. Wonder provided so many restaurants and so many choices to pick from I thought it was wonderful. Until wonder showed me theyāre not wonderful. The last 3 orders I have ordered something was wrong with them, it was never perfect. First time I ordered, my dip was cold like it wasnāt even cooked same day, second order my dessert was hard as rocks, and third and final order is I order a burger and the app notifies me thereās no tomatoes in stock. I got given a burger with no meat patty on, just bun lettuce and sauce after I worked all day as a nurse finally arriving home trying to eat a meal and I open my box to that. I had to drive all the way back to wonder got given a burger directly from the manager Iām assuming and told I was given a refund which I checked my Chase account and wonder app, I was never given a refund or discount nothing. Just a new burger with a meat patty on it. I have now told myself I wonāt be ordering from here anymore because everytime I open the app theyāre either out of burgers, out of chicken sandwiches, out of condiments, etc. anything you can think of. The way I have been given food from this place is really unpleasant and I am a very unhappy customer. I suggest anyone who orders from here double checks their bags before they leave the restaurant because who knows what youāll be missing or if your food is cold. Considering the location of this place they need...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time at any Wonder location. The location itself is in a small strip mall. There are a couple of tables to sit at, but other than that, it does seem like it is set up for people to pick up. You can order on their app or on the instore console. The Thai place was showing up on the app but was not actually available to order from. I think they might have fixed that though. We ended up ordering pepperoni pizza from Detroit Brick Pizza ( had to order meat lovers and exclude sausage and bacon). The pizza was very good. Got a bowl from Limesalt with carnitas. There were some additions that were sold out, but made the best of what they did have and enjoyed the meal. The portion size could have been a little more generous imo. Also got chicken tenders from Detroit Pizza. Came in a portion of 3. The BF was hungry and ate one of the tenders quickly. I broke another in half and found that it had not been cooked all the way through. There was still some pink showing. The other was fine. Overall, the location is clean and nicely decorated. Pizza, bowl, and the tenders were good (the undercooked chicken was obviously a concern, so I'm hoping someone important reads this). The service was a bit iffy.... it's run by some young people who do not seem to have been trained on customer service. They were far more interested in talking to each other and had backs turned on customers. We are gonna try another location to see if we...

I tried the regular fried chicken sandwich and fries from āStreetbirdā, the self-proclaimed urban-style (whatever that means, exactly) chicken brand of the great Marcus Samuelssonā¦though it seems like more of a money grab by him, Bobby Flay, and several others whose food is featured on this ghost kitchenās vast menu of restaurant/chain options. The sandwich was maybe half the size of Chick-fil-Aās sandwich and kind of tasty but a little dry, the fries were definitely of the McCain or Ore Ida variety, and my food was ready nearly ten minutes before the time slot in which I specified (from pre-set 30-min window options), a large pet peeve of mine. As a result, the food was only slightly warm by the time I ate it.
Having lived here for about three years now, I can say with authority that the overall food scene in Larchmont mostly blows, so this ambitious venture COULD become a success if they fix a bunch of stuff, sooner than later. Iāll give it another shot with another menu from there soon, but I donāt exactly...
