CVS — Attraction in Town of Middletown

I went to pick up packages from Amazon. First I went to the pharmacy to ask them where the drop boxes were located., and they had no idea what I was talking about. So, went to the check out counter, but no one was there. I waited for a few minutes until finally someone arrive to help me. It turns out that they don't keep shipments in storage lockers, but on shelves behind the checkout counter. It took the attendant a few minutes to find my boxes, which shouldn't have been necessary since the packages were disorganized and apparently placed on the shelves...

I called up today and the woman who answered the phone was so so so condescending rude and indignant. They said I was never a customer when I go through them all time. When I demanded to speak to the pharmacist about the horrific customer service, she had the audacity to say the woman on the phone nice and pleasant which she was not. The pharmacist needs some of those meds she is giving out and a psychological brain exam if she thinks someone whom is condescending and argumentative....

CVS has been our primary pharmacy for over two years. Staff and pharmacists have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. They’ve even helped us get refills from our doctors. The delivery service has been flawless when we’ve used it as well. Highly recommend...
