Flagship Premium Cinemas — Attraction in Town of Monroe

Update 4/29/2022: Went here yesterday at 6:15PM to see The new Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore movie. My dad came along, and the tickets were about $20 for each of us. We also purchased popcorn, and a medium soda. We were considering getting the pail for the popcorn, but we don't come in often enough to use it. Also the person who took care of us was very knowledgable about the pail, as well as the popcorn and drink sizes. The movie was playing on the 3rd floor and we took the elevator up. They also have stairs, but being that i was holding popcorn, it's not a good idea to spill it. Movie theatre was clean. Movie was also good, and i enjoyed it. Will be back soon!

Went here today to see the movie Scream. Loved it! Wasn't crowded at all, and people were evenly spaced apart. Lobby had plenty of popcorn and snacks. i only purchased a Sour Patch Watermelon candy bag. But they have popcorn, and soda, as well as small combos like pretyls. nothing too fancy tho. But if you like only munching on snacks like candy and soda, this place is for u. The theatre spaces are well cleaned, the bathrooms are clean. So glad i finally found time to see a movie in theatres! parking can be a bit of a nightmare as one either has to parallel park or pull in a parking space should one park in the side lot. it also was a little icy around the theatre, but that was partly my choice to go after a snowstorm! Also been here before the pandemic, and also had a wonderful time each time. They should purchase reclining seats to make one more comfortable. Not that i wasn't but it...

So- I just saw Sonic the hedgehog at this theater. Let me begin:

The theater is very clean Good prices

The negative to this theater are that often the managers let certain guest run amok! They let chaos occur! This is the 3rd time that I’ve watched a movie at this theater and groups of teenagers ruin the movie. They sit in the back and totally ruin the experience. Shouting! Screaming! Stomping up and down the stairs! Today they screamed “Bomb” during the movie! Nonsense. I left the movie to get help from a manager- they send a teenager worker to deal with the awful guests! Guess what? They keep acting up! They don’t listen to their peers ( many of the teenage workers know the disruptive guests)

The theater needs to send ADULTS to deal with the rowdy guests! Have them removed immediately! I pay almost $70 for my family to watch movies each time and it’s a waste! They need to have stricter policies on disruptive guests! Sad- this theater is becoming less and less a place I want to watch movies.

Please get a stricter policy on disruptive guests! It is not fair to quiet...

I tried calling today to find out what the matinee price was for the movies and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. Was not friendly at all. He was rushing me off the phone and just when I was going to ask another question he hung up on me. I wasn’t even being rude just asking basic questions. I called back and told him you just hung up on me while I was trying to ask you a question and he had the nerve to say that they’re busy, not open yet and are busy. Then he said to me make it quick with the question…… I’ve never had customer service that bad before. I don’t care if he’s busy I'm a calling customer and wanted to get some information about the prices but with customer service like this I rather go elsewhere. I didn’t get the name of the person I was talking to but I believe he was the manger of the place. Do not go there they don’t care about the customers they only think...
