Club Infinity — Attraction in Town of Mount Pleasant

Updated after company response: VERY DISAPPOINTED in Club Infinity in Pleasantville. As a parent of a child with nut allergies, they do not care. I called ahead to make sure she would be able to eat during an event there, and I never received a call back. Assumed it was ok by the lack of contact from them, only to find out they cater food in and the catering company won’t guarantee their food. Club Infinity did nothing to help the situation and was happy to leave my daughter with nothing to eat for the entire event. As a business that caters to children (where SO MANY have food allergies now) this is a very poor business model! 😡

Update: Thank you for your response, well after the fact. Whether you were contacted the night before, the morning of, or during the event, a responsible business should make customer satisfaction priority number one. Not being able to call back should NEVER be the answer. But the irresponsiblity of no phone call aside... I found out post-event that the amazing hosts of the party, who are always caring and understanding of my child’s allergies, did in fact ensure the food was safe for her with a caterer AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF YOUR FACILITY. So not only did they make sure my child would be safe, but you and your company knew about it! And STILL multiple people spoken to (by both my child and by me) had no clue and did nothing about it. So thank you for your response, but your lack of knowledge and good judgement still warrants...

Attended our granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah at Club Infinity, and without fail the MC/DJ and dancers had the place rocking for four non-stop hours. The lighting and technology and the entire event planning was fantastic. The food and drink staff was friendly and prompt, the food was hot and delicious and for the adults the liquors available were miles better that other venue's well booze. A great time was had by all - spectators as well as participants. In fact, quite a few of the older folk got out on the dance floor themselves. That says something...

We just had our second mitzvah at Club Infinity and if we had more kids, we would choose Infinity again. From the moment we began planning till the very end.... working with the infinity staff is an absolute pleasure. They are super organized, prepared and fun!!! The kids were completely engaged and the adults were so impressed. And as hosts, we felt completely taken care of. Thank you thank you! If you are looking for a fantastic party in an awesome setting......
