Bath & Body Works — Attraction in Town of Newburgh

I would like to share there right before Christmas I came in here for maybe three candles I came out spending over $150 due to the wonderful associate that help me feel so comfortable finding the right scents for my body and specially for my home I love candles she help me match everything and a special gift for my daughter I like how she made me feel bubbly fun and I was very enthused to all the plug-ins they had so I end up buying some my color purple and the color pink to surprise my daughter.Today I went to the same name store because one of my sprays were not working andSince I live minutes away I decided to go to the store instead of getting welcomed I got like a vibe of I can help you this is what we have hi can I help you No greeting I wanted to say something to the young girl but I stay quiet when I went to the front to do the exchange they looked at me like I was like guilty do you have a receipt know it’s a gift that I opened yesterday on Christmas and it’s not working maybe you could help me I said and she try to open and she could and I really wanted that bottle but then again I had to match everything up to meet the price and I end up paying five dollars extra and if you ask me for the store to be on this side “ Da -Heck w/ this side of the river Dutchess !!! it was sloppy compared to the one I went into in orange county Newburgh mall very nice tight and organized and they were right there to help I gave Bath and body Works in orange county a 5+ thank you so much No 👎 Thanx to the one in Poughkeepsie Galleria mall I’d rather travel 45 minutes and be satisfied than 15 minutes and be mad and god forbid cause a commotion!!! I wish I had got the worker’s name because today I went and the nicest most enthusiastic employee immediately greeted my mother and I and helped us find our preferred scents in the store. She was so easy to talk to and after a few words had seemed to know our likes and brought over candles she thought we’d appreciate which we did. Big store!! I usually go to the newburgh mall because it's closer to me but gosh this place is probably at least 3 times the size. Definitely worth the drive! Only con is that they had a candle burning in the store and while their 3 wicks are great, I wasn't truly able to smell any of the new scents around. But that's again a compliment to how great their 3 wick candles are!! Probably wcouldn't e able to smell the trash with your...
