iFixScreens Port Washington — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I WOULD. Worst experience EVER. I have the IPhone X and first off they were going to charge me $350 to repair the cracked screen. They said to come back later that day to get it, and when I went back they said to come back tomorrow, because the part they needed had to be ordered. Next day, and the part that they ordered came, but it was BROKEN. They said that the new phone part would come Monday, so to come back after the weekend. I came back Monday, and they said they needed to wait for the manager to fix it, and they would call me tomorrow around 3pm when it was ready. I called at 4pm to see if it was ready, and I was informed that not only was my phone NOT FIXED, but i was lied to. The part had NOT come, and wouldn't be here until Saturday. Absolutely ridiculous that a phone (which was supposed to be fixed a few hours later) would take almost a week and a half to get fixed. I am completely shocked and infuriated. I put down a $280 deposit, so now I'm not even sure what to do. I guess we will see what happens! I'm expecting a HUGE discount or refund if I even decide to keep my phone there for another 5 days. I cracked the glass on my Samsung S23 Ultra. For $300, they did the repair. Not cheap, but standard. Two weeks later, the front camera lens is filled with dust. They never sealed it properly. They took the phone back, presumably took off the glass, cleaned out the dust, and put it back, just as improperly sealed because then the front camera fills with dust again. Then, some of this dust got in the display, killing pixels and causing a pink vertical line across my screen. They refused to take responsibility and offered to fix it for $100. I would have paid them the additional $100, but I have zero confidence in their ability to fix it properly. So I'm out $300 that I should've spent elsewhere. Clearly their reviews are mostly positive so maybe this is a one time, well, two time thing. Maybe they're better at fixing iphones. Samsungs aren't easy to repair. Still not an excuse for their shoddy...

My iPhone screen was shattered beyond belief. The team here @ iFixScreens fixed my LCD screen within 1 hour for a good price and brought it back to mint condition. Amazing workmanship!

The same fix from the manufacturer would have cost me double, not to mention a lot more time than an hour without my iphone or having to get a new phone all together and having to spend more time reloading all apps etc. on the new phone.

I would recommend this location to anyone that needs fixes to their electronic devices. I'll definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone and will be coming back if and when anything else doesn't work with my families phones etc.
