DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I had rewards in my account and decided to order lunch while I was in the area. I ordered a $10 Express meal online and clicked to redeem my rewards before checking out. Both rewards appeared with a green checkmark on the checkout page as if they had been applied. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that on the final receipt, my credit card had been charged the full amount rather than just the remaining balance after rewards. When I questioned this, the host pointed to a sign on counter that said "no discounts" on Express menu items. Nowhere on the online menu or ordering platform does it say that certain items are excluded from rewards. My sole purpose for ordering today was to use my rewards before they expired.
After finally calling the manager over, she too insisted that there was nothing that could be done -- despite her acknowledging that the information on the website was incorrect after I pointed it out. She decided to refund my order and re-serve the food to another customer. While both the host and manager were heckling me to order something else from the menu, I decided to leave. The manager proceeded to follow me out to the parking lot, where she continued to insist that I order a full price item from the menu. The SIMPLEST SOLUTION here would have been to honor the rewards on my order since - as the manager admitted - the information was not correct on the online ordering website. Not only was this experience unprofessional, but it wasted both mine and the restaurant's time. This was my second time here and certainly...

One of the newbs in the growing restaurant scene in Port Washington and sadly opened as the pandemic was beginning, I believe... but I think they have a great product and will thrive through all these ridiculous restaurant restrictions.
The space is clean, safe and nicely decorated. Staff was sweet and attentive too. Onto the food! Ordered the fried jalepeño Kani poppers like app: fresh and crispy and a good balance of some spicy and some salty sweet; age tofu: lightly battered and silky that melted. Both presented beautifully and piping hot. The char siu ramen broth has a deep salty umami flavor and balanced well with the chewy almost al dente ramen noodles. Char siu pieces were generous and had a nice smoky char to them. The Tsukemen dipping noodles came out warm and the sauce had a nice addictive kick to it. Again both beautifully presented. I love that they offer bobba and milk tea too!
Try this place out, especially if you're hankering for a bowl of Japanese ramen and can't get out of town and into the city! Will definitely be...
Read moreIkedo Ramen was a great experience. We have never been to a ramen place before. The outdoor seating is beautiful and the decorations and scenery are so well thought out. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Mimi who was extremely helpful and kind. We informed her that we were vegetarians and she pointed out all the items on the menu that we were able to eat. We tried all of her suggestions and loved them! Our server was Yesi, her customer service is exceptional. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The food was great! We had vegetable gyoza (sautéed) and we loved it. We had one order of the vegetable stir fried noodles, which were very well made. We also had the regular vegetable Ramen. Their kimchi was amazing. The serving sizes are huge! The establishment is extremely clean and the tables are well sanitized after every guest. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this restaurant and we will definitely be...
