BUYER BEWARE:

Although Lisa Imerti, the store manager agreed to cancel an $827 charge for a dining room table and NOT FIGHT the dispute i lodged with American Express, she DID NOT KEEP HER WORD! The store agreed to refund my money for the dining room chairs ( they had to be ordered ) but REFUSED to cancel the table ( in Stock.) I tried to find other chairs but they had no chairs to match the table..After weeks of begging and pleading with Lisa not to force me to keep PART of the order ( dining table with no chairs ), She agreed. That was the last week in March 2015. I BELIEVED HER....but On May 4,2015 when i heard from Amex that they did fight the dispute and sent Amex a FURNITURE INFO SHEET that i did sign but I DID NOT INITIAL THE BOX INDICATING ACCEPTANCE OF NO RETURN POLICY.... I called Lisa Immediately! She said "SORRY BUT MY BOSSES WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL THE TABLE AS I PROMISED...BUT I DID CALL AND LEAVE YOU A MESSAGE AND WE HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE MARCH FOR YOU TO CALL AND SET UP A DELIVERY!" For over 6 weeks this store manager knew i thought it was cancelled and let me wait until May to hear from Amex that it wasn't.... Buyer BEWARE....im sure if you have no problems you won't experience my nightmare....but if anything goes wrong....BEWARE...A store manager has no authority to provide customer service and make decisions.....and they are not honest ...GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING... or be safe...

There is a large selection of nice furniture. Staff was professional and not pushy. Prices were reasonable for what you are buying. EDIT - STORE POLICY: We purchased a dining table about a year or so ago. We returned a few months afterwards and could only purchase a single extra chair due to space in our car. We paid $150 for the chair, of which there were two left as the dining table was discontinued. We returned about 3 months later to buy the other chair which had been now stored in the basement. The price was $250.00 but we were uncertain as to the price we paid before except that we knew it was less. But we wanted the extra chair and bought it. The clerk gave us 10% off after I asked. When we got home and learned what we paid for the previous chair, we asked for a store credit. The response was "there was a price increase on this item" and we were given the 10% as we were taking a floor sample. (from the basement?). We will find furniture elsewhere from now on, not due to the employees but if that is how corporate treats customers, it is safer to buy from...

I love roaming around in this store. It has quite a variety of gift items and is an excellent place to go for dinnerware and serving pieces. They also have clothing items according to the season--- sweaters, scarves, gloves, slippers, tee shirts, etc. There are cute tree ornaments and holiday decorations. Great place for bridal shower gifts or housewarming gifts. The drawback is that there are not enough parking available and you have to drive around, possibly parking blocks away. It's on a busy main street with lots of shops and restaurants so it can be discouraging to shop there at certain times, especially weekends. Prices are not the best, but it's...
