I would like to get a Super FL Mart store credit for returning a stainless kitchen drain today. Two store clerks pointed at the bottom of the receipt (printed in Chinese) and said " You can read Chinese, right? It can only be returned within 7 days". Both of them had a very nasty demeanor. Meanwhile, the receipt in English was printed as "non-perishable item can be exchange or store credit only" without indicating any time frame.
I sincerely hope Super FL Mart (Mineola) doesn't discriminate customers who can only read and speak Chinese. Therefore I made a suggestion to the store manager on site that they should make the store policy same, doesn't matter is in Chinese or in English. She also gave me a look and walked away.
I visit Super FL Mart almost every week since it's grand opening 2017. This review is not about a $4.00 store credit nor a complaint. It is so called "Love well, whip well" (愛之深,責之切). Again, I can't express how important the consumer right and the proper customer service are to the shoppers as well as to the owners of Super FL Mart. ...
Read moreThe store purposely wrapped most of the vaggie in a big bag which a normal 4 people family cannot consume in one time dish. It's a very disgusting selling method especially for retired couples who only have two people. Many times, their fruits are very low grades pick.. Few times, I bought pears and they were black inside of the cords and gone badly. Pineapple is soaked in water and had weird soft texture inside. Avocado has lots of black spots inside. No fridge for fruits and vegetable to keep them fresh. Bread are not freshly made. Very cheap way and management to run a "SUPER" supermarket.
They also sale lots of ginger in a big tray and wraps veggies in bags which made me don’t want to shop there anymore because how can we use up so much ginger in a short period of time? If only one person or two people, we can’t finish a big bag of veggies either. Those selling strategies mindset is cheap Chinese way which just wants to rip off all shoppers. Very...
Read moreThis place has some of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered in New York. Their behavior is so consistently unprofessional that it almost feels like they must be related to the owners—otherwise, it’s hard to explain why such conduct is tolerated.
Almost every time I shop here, the cashiers are more focused on chatting and laughing with each other than acknowledging the customers in front of them. They act as if bagging groceries is beneath them, leaving shoppers to handle everything alone.
On my most recent visit, the cashier finished scanning my items and then just stood there watching as I struggled to pack. When I politely asked for help, she shot me an angry look, refused to respond when I asked for my total, and finally just pointed at the screen in silence as if I weren’t worth speaking to. It was dismissive, arrogant, and incredibly rude.
Sadly, this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s a recurring pattern that makes every trip...
