What a horrible experience. I was there at 3pm on Jan 5 and the middle age asian man was behind the counter. When I entered, I was the only customer in the store. As I waited 6ft behind the counter waiting to be called, the UPS employee never acknowledged me and kept scanning packages on the counter. I thought OK, he'll finish and then call me. After finishing scanning the package, he looks up at me and proceeds to pull more packages out of a drop off box and started scanning those packages. Now there were 2 other customers behind me waiting. When he finally finished he looked up at me, no greeting, no hello nothing. OK fine, he doesn't speak english maybe. I show him my box and he points to the scale, on the left side of his computer. After he scans it and the receipt prints out he places the receipt on the far right side of the counter/computer away from me. He could have easily placed it on the counter in front of me if he was afraid of me accidently touching his hand. After I picked up my receipt, I turn just in time to see the employee throw my package on the floor. Yes THROW. I don't know how I could have offended this bitter employee, as I never uttered a word. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. Visiting this store was one of the worst things I've ever experienced... but after reading other's reviews, it makes sense. I came in to return an amazon package and kindly asked the man that was working to scan the barcode on my phone. Not only was I completely ignored, but when this man decided to speak, he began screaming at me and told me that they do not accept Amazon returns and that I would need to purchase a box for $80 if I'd like to return it. I showed him the exact wording from Amazon that says returns are free to UPS locations and that there is no box needed. He began ignoring me again and serving other customers. I told him that this is unacceptable and that he needs to understand that there is an agreement between Amazon and UPS. At this point, he began shrieking saying "GET OUT OF MY STORE RIGHT NOW. GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT". This man then had the nerve to THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. At that point I was in pure shock and decided to leave. He is clearly unwell and an awful human being- I am still trying to find a way to make a formal complaint to UPS. Read moreBEWARE First time at this location to complete an amazon return on 11/28 as I was in the area. It will be the last time I come to this location. The Asian owner/clerk was not only rude but refused to give me a receipt for my amazon items even after asking for one. UPS has always given a receipt for returns as confirmation. I normally get a return process complete on items i return through UPS within a 1 day. Today is the 3rd today and I still haven't received that notification. BIG RED FLAGS for this guy and place. I'm worried my return is being stolen by the owner or magically "lost". I contacted Amazon and they said not to worry about it and that it takes 14 days for refunds, but they didnt really solve my problem. I wanted to know if they can see that my barcode was scanned for my returns.
