I had an incredible experience at the Verizon store in Port Washington, NY. Ron went so far above and beyond that I will never visit another Verizon store or switch to another carrier after the service he provided.

For months, I had been calling Verizon customer service about a billing issue, and no one over the phone could resolve it. Ron took the time to listen, investigate, and fix the problem right there in the store. On top of that, he even helped me with a Fios home internet issue that was outside the usual scope of in-store support. He turned what felt like a dead end into a one-stop solution for both my cell phone and home internet problems.

Ron’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care for his customers are rare. He made sure everything was explained clearly, handled my upgrades flawlessly, and ensured everything worked before I left.
