I tried Just Salad for the first (and probably last) time tonight through Too Good to Go. They gave me a bowl with white rice, sweet potato, black lentils, a tomato and cucumber salad, and 6–7 crispy chicken tenders. They also added guacamole, which was probably the best part of the whole meal. They only gave me dressing because I asked for it, and they included a small chicken noodle soup on the side.
First of all, who pairs chicken tenders with a salad bowl? Maybe if they had cut them up it would have been good? They just placed the chicken tenders right on top of the bowl. They didn’t go together at all, and the tenders were cold and tough—I took a couple bites and tossed them. The rest of the bowl was okay, though the black lentils weren’t my favorite.
What they should have done is given me one of the pre-made bowls off the menu—that probably would’ve tasted way better. What really got me was that I showed up right before closing (when TGTG pickups happen), and they still had plenty of other proteins available. Are they just throwing that out? The marinated chicken would’ve gone way better with the bowl.
The soup tasted like generic chicken noodle. And to top it off, the staff barely spoke English, which made asking any kind of question very frustrating.
Overall, this left a pretty bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. I won’t be coming back to any Just Salad location. Thank you Too Good to Go for allowing me to have a taste at a third of the normal price- because if I had to put full price, wow I would have been extremely...

From the moment I walked in, the staff behind the counter showed a complete lack of respect — dismissive, inattentive, and openly ignoring other customers. When it was finally my turn, I was met with attitude, terrible service, and an incorrect order simply because they weren’t paying attention. It’s unacceptable and frankly disappointing to see employees act as though customers are an inconvenience. Without customers, there is no business — yet this place seems to have forgotten that. Truly an awful experience from start to finish.
Just Salad Food Review
I recently visited Just Salad and ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap along with a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie. The wrap was packed with flavor—perfectly grilled chicken, crisp romaine, and just the right amount of creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a soft, fresh tortilla. It was well-balanced, satisfying, and didn’t fall apart while eating, which is always a plus.
The chocolate chip cookie was a delightful bonus—warm, chewy, and filled with rich chocolate chips. It had that homemade taste that makes a simple dessert feel special.
Beyond the food, the service stood out. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. For the price, the quality and portion sizes were great—definitely a good bang for your buck.
