Taking class at Practice Yoga has changed my life for the better both physically as well as emotionally.
The studio itself is immaculate, warm and friendly and I look forward to showing up every week. I take class with Laura N, who is empathetic, patient and empowering - everything you'd want in a yoga instructor. She takes the time before beginning each class for mindful intention setting, works with me individually on strengthening a pre-existing shoulder injury as well as increasing flexibility and core strength, and her guided meditations during Shavasana are nothing short of mesmerizing.
The most important part of committing to any wellness routine is showing up, and without question Laura makes coming to Practice something I look forward rather than something I "have to" do . I leave every single class grateful for having attended, and feeling more peaceful about the tasks awaiting me.
I am grateful to Laura and Vanessa for helping me get back on the mat after more than five years, and truthfully can't imagine going back to a life...
