I’ve been a long time costumer of The Jewelry Gallery of Oyster Bay. In all my years I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Jared, Ira, Amy, Elise, Chelsea, and the rest of the staff. The costumer service and attention to detail is superior to any other in the business. For any need from holiday presents, engagement rings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc the staff goes out of their way to work with your budget and find you exactly what you’re looking for. If they don’t have it in store they will go out of their way to find the product you want, not try and convince you to settle on something else. Unlike other jewelry companies The Jewelry Gallery consistently has fair pricing compared to any of their competitors. In an industry that many people are reluctant to trust the sales person “helping” them, Jared and his staff have a proven track record of getting their costumers the best product at the best price. I worked with Jared from Coin Galleries of Oyster Bay in designing a custom engagement ring and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. We started with picking out the diamond, and Jared was super transparent about the specs of each diamond and what qualities of a the stone are worth spending a few extra dollars on and which aren’t. He did not pressure me into quickly choosing a diamond and invited me to do some research, which I did. We then chose the style and setting of the ring. I got a computer generated mock up of what the ring would look like and Jared allowed me to make changes before he started the process of making the ring. The whole process took just under 6 weeks (which included my last minute changes to the design) and I couldn’t be more happy with the final result. The ring is stunning, and it really helped me shine on the big day.

The staff was welcoming but not pushy, I was able to browse until I was ready to be helped. I worked with Jared, who after asking me questions about what I was looking for and my budget, showed me several options and I was able to find earrings that I absolutely love. I brought my son back to look for an engagement ring and Jared was able to explain the process of buying a diamond to him as more of a peer than a jeweler.
