Lourdes Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Had onions and peppers steak with white rice and black beans. It was ok. Onions wasn't cooked. Rice to meat ratio was horrible (Probably to make it look like a huge plate of food. But it wasn't. You can see how low the food is in that plate.) They was really cheap with the rice which is old that is cheaper than the meat. Not only that it was underneath the meat and veg. So not worth $15. Then plantains....wth??? What is that white stuff? I asked for garlic...that white stuff didn't taste like garlic at all...more like mayo.
