The manager has some serious issues. We asked him for help with a child's costume or for alternatives. He said there was nothing comparable. So, we bought a few other items and were just about to leave when we see a display that had what we were searching for. Another associate came up to us and asked if we needed help. We explained that three associates could not be bothered to help us. How lazy!
He comes over to ask if we need anything else and we told him not to bother since he couldn't be bothered the first time. Dramatically, he stormed off. How this store does business with that attitude, I don't know.

I went to return it today and was told no by a pompous bald headed individual that no returns would accepted after 10/19. I told him its just a hat. He said no. I can understand if it cannot be taken back, but the position of power this individual may have attained of being the gatekeeper of all costumes and their accessories should be reeled back in by his supervisor.

Read moreThis store was amazing!!! They had so much in stock at the location, despite it only being August. Most Spirits would have no stock in since they recently opened. The drive was around 25 minutes, but was worth it in the end. The one complaint that I have is that when I went yesterday, they had to push back their opening schedule to 12 instead of 11.
