Went here for a birthday dinner staff are really nice and friendly. They kept checking on us how everything was our server was really nice going above and beyond giving us options a do her opinion on what to try since it’s our first time.
The chicken tikka at Tikka Charcoal Grill is a culinary masterpiece, featuring tender chunks of marinated chicken grilled to perfection over charcoal. Each bite bursts with flavor, as the spices mingle harmoniously with the smoky essence from the grill.
As for the garlic naan, it's a delightful twist on the traditional Indian flatbread. Soft and pillowy, with just the right amount of chewiness, the naan is infused with aromatic garlic and brushed with butter, adding an extra layer of richness and depth to every bite. Paired together, the chicken tikka and garlic naan create a symphony of flavors that will leave your taste buds craving more.
We order the tuna medium rare steak cuts which were served perfectly. The tuna steak is expertly seared on the outside, creating a flavorful crust while preserving the tender, succulent texture of the fish inside. Cooked to perfection, the tuna is served with a delicate balance of seasonings and accompanied by a side of vibrant vegetables or a refreshing salad. Each bite offers a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, making it a standout dish for seafood enthusiasts.
We also had a side of edamame with seasoning which was new to me but also flavorful at the same time.
We also ordered the shrimp dumplings the shrimp dumplings at Tikka Charcoal Grill are a culinary delight, with delicate wrappers enveloping plump and juicy shrimp. The shrimp filling is perfectly seasoned, allowing the natural sweetness of the seafood to shine through. Served piping hot, the dumplings are tender and flavorful. Accompanied by a dipping sauce that balances tangy and savory flavors, these shrimp dumplings are sure to please even the most discerning palate.
We tried the virgin spicy mango lassi and the lux mango lassi both were phenomenal definitely a must try. Would highly recommend trying call ahead for reservations also the inside decoration and seating is amazing. Great for birthdays, brunch and dinner.
Dessert we ordered the Rasmalai cheesecake The Rasmalai Cheesecake at Tikka Charcoal Grill is a decadent fusion dessert that combines the rich creaminess of traditional cheesecake with the delicate flavors of rasmalai, a popular Indian sweet. This indulgent treat features a creamy cheesecake base infused with aromatic cardamom and saffron, layered with pieces of soft and spongy rasmalai. Topped with a luscious drizzle of saffron-infused syrup and garnished with crushed pistachios, each bite is a delightful blend of creamy, nutty, and aromatic flavors. This dessert is a true celebration of both Indian and Western culinary traditions, offering a unique and unforgettable dining experience.

Read moreI finally visited Tikka Charcoal Grill after months of hearing glowing reviews, and let me tell you—it absolutely lived up to the hype! I’m usually skeptical about fusion restaurants, as they tend to be “just okay,” but this place blew me away with its exceptional taste, top-notch quality, and unbelievably fresh ingredients.
I sampled almost all their sushi rolls, and they rivaled the quality you’d find at upscale sushi bars in midtown Manhattan. These weren’t your run-of-the-mill sushi rolls with just a few ingredients thrown together—each one was a masterpiece, packed with bold flavors, vibrant colors, and uniquely balanced textures. Every bite felt intentional and elevated.
Their chicken lollipops were fried to perfection, with just the right amount of sauce—neither overly drenched nor stingy. The scallops were beautifully seared, sitting on a bed of delicious mushrooms, and the chili chicken remained delightfully crisp despite the sauce coating. I also tried the rack of lamb and steak, and I swear the meats are as fresh as they get. They don’t have that thawed-out texture you find at many places—this is the kind of quality that can only come with daily fresh deliveries.
Desserts? Simply divine. I had bites of all their fusion offerings, and not only were they impeccably presented, but they were also balanced in flavor—perfectly ending the meal on a high note. And the drinks? They don’t skimp on the good stuff, which I really appreciated!
The service was outstanding—the staff were super friendly, laid-back, and impressively quick. Honestly, they deserve all the generous tips you can give them. The ambiance is perfect for anyone under 45 who loves amazing food and a fun, upbeat vibe. If you’re a foodie who enjoys lively music, colorful lighting, and Instagram-worthy dishes, this is the spot for you. However, I’d note that the music might be a bit loud for grandparents or those looking for a quiet, traditional dinner. And as with any fusion restaurant, don’t expect old-world South Asian flavors—this is fusion done creatively, with modern twists.
Even the bathrooms were impressive—beautiful, clean, and well-lit (always a plus!).
Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but you genuinely get what you pay for in terms of quality, taste, and service. Every dollar will be well spent.
If you’re ready to treat yourself to amplified flavors, stunning presentation, and an all-around great time, Tikka Charcoal Grill is a must-visit. I can’t...
