The menu is very interesting at this place. Offering strange items such as boar meat and bison meat for burgers. I ordered a regular beef hamburger because honestly wasn't comfortable trying those meets for some reason. The hamburger was very good quality and tasted fresh. They do claim to have organic and better quality meat and food items in general. We also got the chips and guacamole, which were decent but average. We got the fried Cauliflower, which was pretty good. The sweet potato fries were okay. Nothing spectacular but pretty good. My friend originally wanted a special salad which. They seem to have many chicken, which they were out of. Their cabernet was Okay. And they have quite a selection of beer and special house drinks 🍸 Specialties, but no sangria, which was a bummer. Our waitress Gabby was very sweet. But in the beginning the service was not great. We didn't get much initial attention until we had to ask somebody to help us. The décor is cute very farmhouse, but the tables are small and very close together. All in all, the food was good and fresh As mentioned and it's a cute casual stop if you are going to the movies after which we were or getting a quick bite during shopping at the mall.

I recently made the switch to pescatarian, and as I've been exploring more plant-based options, I decided to give Burger Village a try. I was surprised to find that they have great plant-based offerings. Parking: The parking lot is spacious, fitting plenty of cars, so finding a spot was no trouble at all. Atmosphere: The staff was friendly and super helpful when It came to helping me find the right choice to make,. There's a bar area if you're looking to enjoy a drink, as well as seated tables for a more relaxed dining experience. Service: My food came out surprisingly fast—only about 15 minutes. It was packaged well. When I got back home to the south shore, the food didn't necessarily keep its warmness, but It was still warm enough to not have to reheat. Food: I ordered the Impossible Burger, and it did not disappoint. It tasted just like a real burger. As i'm writing this, i just realized there wasn't even cheese on it... which says a lot. The chipotle ketchup that came with the sandwich was pretty good; it paired perfectly with the burger. I also recommend using it as a dip for the fries as well. I'm definitely looking forward to returning and trying more of the items on their menu.

Stopped in for a quick lunch today at the Broadway Mall location and honestly, I don't know where to start. Staff are friendly and happy to offer suggestions to help navigate the menu with lots of variety. Plenty of meat & plant based protein options than the standard beef, grilled chicken, turkey or bean burgers like ostrich, elk, salmon, Beyond and Impossible to name a few. There's vegan, gluten-free, plant based and dairy free options as well. They even have Signature Pairs (topping combinations) to accompany your burger/sandwich if you are interested in more than the free topping choices including cheese. Everything is organic including shakes and handcrafted sodas. Ordered the lemon-lime soda with a beef burger lunch special which came with a basket of fries. Ended with the flourless chocolate cake which came with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Everything tastes freshly made, clean, light, well cooked and crafted...just yummy! Definitely not your standard burger and fries, you should check it out especially if you need a spot to take a group with different food preferences/needs.

Honestly before this week I would’ve given this a full five stars. This was my new favorite place: the burgers, the fries, everything is amazing. But the last two times I ordered (within a week of each other), I placed the order via the app ahead of time. Waited for the order to be confirmed. Got to the restaurant with some extra time cushioning built in. Both times, was told my order would be out “shortly”. Both times, I was told 10 - 15 minutes later their ordering system went “down” and they’d need to make the entire order. This is close to where I work, but it takes me further away from home before I drive back after an eight hour day. It usually takes like 30 - 45 minutes to get home from here, so both times, I’ve been left sitting and waiting for a prolonged period of time, knowing I had a long drive to get home.

Today, I saw one of the server girls up front dig through the trash to find my order. Literally. The paper she had was completely crumpled.

Don’t get me wrong, at the end of the day they gave me my (nonalcoholic) drinks for free, but I -really- had to vocalize how displeased I was with the whole situation, got no apology from the manager, and there’s just no way to get that time back.

The food really is amazing, and completely worth it. This whole ordeal just left me feeling really conflicted, because what’s the point of amazing food when it’s keeping me from seeing the person I want to share it with...

My wife and I wanted burgers tonight. Shake Shack? Nah. Apple Bees? Nah. Green Turtle. Nah. Definitely no fast food. Wanted something like Burgerology… Designer burger…. Anyway, my wife remembered this spot we drove past on our way to Wild Wings, but our babies were little and they liked their fries.

Well now our kids are 2 and eat better, so we go and HAD A GREAT MEAL! Service was also fantastic!! Sweet hostess/waitress/manager. Seriously she was juggling a lot, but always with a smile!

I had the elk burger as recommended and it was Great! I wanted something lean but tasty. I like bison, but I wanted leaner. Elk was great? Had the whole wheat bun. Not bad. A little dry. Def get this with the regular bun. Really good. My wife had the regular beef burger and loved it! Our kids shared a grilled cheese sandwich. Everything was really good. Soda could have been a little more “crispy”. My wife ordered a sample of ginger ale. The waitress said it was spicy and she wasn’t lying!! Aftertaste had a little kick. Really good! Fries were ok. Little cold. However, their loaded fries were AWESOME! Their house sauce and spicy ketchup are terrific!!

Ambiance was very cool. Felt like I was in a spot in Queens or Brooklyn. They had a full selection of mixed drinks and beer on tap.

Tremendous amount of parking. Friendly, clean, chill vibes, good food and drink. Truly a great experience. We will...

I am really surprised by the good reviews here. ... this has been the worst Burger Village experience we have had. We use to frequent the Burger Village in Astoria, sadly it closed down. This one had soggy fries, sub par chicken sandwich in terms of texture and taste. (We also ordered a burger which was an OK burger but the texture was off, not as tender as usual at Astoria.) To top it off the service was not great at all. They gave us loaded fries even though we asked for loaded nachos, to their credit wthat was corrected. Attemps to flag someone down when I needed to pay were fruitless, I had to stand up to pay since we had to leave for another appointment. While packing my goodie bag our waitress just started to dump the trash on my plate without asking if I was done, never mind me being in the middle of packing it (XD). They charged us for the loaded fries even thought having the wrong appetizer was their fault and they also charged us for a larger sized nacho when we specially asked for the smaller one. We had to come back to get a credit for it. Luckily we were around the area. It's a definite no for us, and with that we are off to other locals in search of our well known and beloved Burger Village quality (XD).

P.S Will update if I have any issues...
