LaGravinese Jewelers has been a part of my family since the 1950’s. And till this day we would never even think of going anywhere else for the finest, best quality diamonds, or any type of jewelry in general. My family and the LaGravinese family have been friends for over 65 years. How wonderful and amazing their customer service has always been is not just because of the bond my grandfather and Bobby LaGravinese Sr. have, but because they really do have the FINEST QUALITY jewelry AND service in which they provide to ALL customers. Both old and new. They not only have so many gorgeous jewelry on display, but will happily custom make anything you’d like! Whether out of older jewelry you already own, or something you’d like designed right there. This family owned and operated business is truly one of a kind. Between Maxine and Jeannette and all the rest of the wonderful people there, they are unbelievably patient and won’t let you leave unhappy. So many options, and their time is never wasted on any customer. They happily help and work with you to decide what’s best for you for as long as it takes! I will personally guarantee that myself! I just took my 11 year old stepson in to get a simple chain necklace. He was on the fence as to whether he liked yellow gold or white gold. After trying about 10 different options that Maxine offered, she not only made it a fun experience, but she knows exactly what she’s talking about as far as the quality, style, design, etc. that is best for the particular customer (who in this case was my stepson!). He was so ecstatic that Maxine was able to help him narrow down what looked best on him and made sure he was in love with it before making a final decision. The entire environment and the presence everyone gives off at LaGravinese is incredible. I’d give them 100 stars if I could! They’re THE BEST!!! They also have three different locations. Back in April I dropped a 40 pound weight bar on my hand while in the gym. That evening my hand continued to swell to the point that I could not get my rings off (if I was smart I would have taken them off right away). Needless to say hubby had to take me to the emergency room that night and after an hour of trying to get them off they had to cut them. Devastated yes, but my finger was more important. I knew I could get them repaired but finding the right jeweler was everything to me. I googled and I searched and on May 1st I came across LaGravinese Jewelers of Pelham. I knew I had to give my fingers time to heal and for the swelling to go down so I waited and I waited. Well I finally walked into the jeweler last Saturday and they told me they can fix my rings and that I would never know that they were cut. I got my rings back yesterday and they look like they did on my engagement and wedding day, flawless. I am so grateful for LaGravinese for they not only repaired my rings but they are the sweetest and kindest group of people you could ever meet, I felt like family. My rings are beautiful...

I had a phenomenal experience with LaGravinese for my wife’s push present for our second child, and a diamond necklace for my mother-in-law, so I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any piece, specifically custom work. Not only is the work they do exquisite, but the service and guidance is second to none! I was lucky enough to have Jess helping me through the process, as not only did she have excellent recommendations (I knew what I wanted for my end goal, but had no idea how to get there), she also was as timely as you could be throughout and I was even able to get my custom ring with birthstones of our two children the day after our second was born so I was able to bring it to the hospital!
