The Kitchen Shop — Attraction in Town of Pelham

FRAUD!!! Stay away from Elise Marchese, The Kitchen Shop and any other business related to this women. Anyone who wrote a good review has to be her friend or herself. On her website it states that there's a "Lifetime Warranty" and gives costumers "personalized attention from beginning to finish"  both a complete lie. Almost a year later and I'm missing parts with a very defective and incomplete kitchen.

Like others, after my one time full payment, I couldn't get an answer from her. A month later I get a vague email that my cabinets will be coming five months after she had promised. A day before delivery she casually mentioned that they will be coming without doors attached. She acted as if this was normal. Not only did the cabinets come without doors or drawers attached, there were some missing. ALL hardware to attach doors and drawer were missing as well. In other words, the cabinets were not fully assembled. In addition, every single cabinet was defective, even side panels. Everything  bowed, mismeasured, off or missing. I asked in several emails about the, "Lifetime Warranty" and she ignored me. Weeks later she answered and blamed me for the defective cabinets. I received no paper work and no contact information from the Manufacturer (Luxor Cabinets). For all we know she brought these from a wholesale market. I've had to stop installation twice for parts that she still hasn't given me. I went through  Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years  without a kitchen. With months of back and forth she did not apologize once and was very confritational. Now she has disappeared completely Ignoring all my emails. Ten months of pure hell with this women and Im left with an incomplete kitchen. This women cleary does not care about her customers or the horror she puts...

While they provided some great ideas for our kitchen, as soon as the last payment was made, we were unable to get anyone to return our calls or emails. We were missing several parts, and they also never told us that the glass front cabinets didn't actually come with glass. For $30,000 worth of cabinets, you would think they could coordinate getting glass and returning a phone call and emails. Then they actually called several months after completion, to see if they could photograph the kitchen for their own promotional pictures. I only gave 2 stars because the...

Elise and her team guided me to the kitchen of my dreams as well as two new bathrooms. She helped find options at the right price that are both functional and beautiful. She spent so much time helping me through the process, sticking to my budget, and making sure I was happy.
