At The Pier Arcade — Attraction in Town of Queensbury

I was unsure about this place after seeing all of the bad reviews about the guy with the glasses being rude. However, the guy with the glasses that we encountered was so nice and helpful! We went to this arcade today to kill some time while it was raining. We had two minor technical issues but nothing major. The reason for the one stat review is the staff. Two employees, one had glasses the other didn't. Neither had name tags. The guy with glasses was so terrible, rude, obnoxious and completely awful he should be fired. Immediately. I visited the arcade today. The guy (with the glasses) running it was very nasty and screamed at my autistic son for walking (Not running) at a faster pace.
