I just wanted to take a moment and share information about my favorite store… I have been shopping at the Lake George Le Creuset store for many years and could not be happier. All the staff go out of their way to help a customer determine what would suit their needs best, and sometimes their suggestion is a better fit… One time I was actually looking for a very particular item that just was not in the state anywhere near the manager… Shannon… Went out of her way to find the item that I wished for about 10 states away and I was able to have the item shipped directly to my house Some years ago I did ask about items ordered online if they could be shipped to the store rather than have them dropped on my porch at home and I was advised that it was not possible due to corporate policy and I was shown the post webpage so I could see it for myself… Check under customer service and shipping policies which does mention can only be done in the Continental United States excluding Alaska in Hawaii so please see the website cause there is additional information there as well regarding shipping policies… I would like very much to thank the manager Shannon and all of her staff for making me feel very welcome coming into the store and making sure that I left with the best items that I needed… Excellent place for...
Read moreLe Creuset’s customer service is beyond horrendous. Last week, the store manager personally assured me that I would be able to call at 10 a.m. today to order the flamme dorée pumpkin. I rearranged my morning, called right on time, and what happened? They flat-out refused to help me. Instead of honoring their own promise, they told me that because I’m Canadian, they “can’t” send me the link. Excuse me? Then why on earth did your manager Shannon confirm I could order it in the first place? It’s not just incompetence—it’s pure hypocrisy. You don’t get to dangle exclusive pieces in front of loyal customers, make commitments, and then pull the rug out like that. For a company that prides itself on being “premium,” this was amateur hour at best, and dishonest at worst. If Le Creuset wants to act like a luxury brand, maybe start with the basics: don’t lie to your customers, don’t waste their time, and don’t insult their intelligence with contradictory...
Read moreI used to find this store to be excellent (with the previous manager Lana) and willing to help Canadians order products. However recently because of their new store policies the experience is horrendous and this store couldn’t care less about helping customers. Even with a US credit card and a US address they still wouldn’t give me the link to purchase the flamme dorée pumpkin. I called on time and even weeks early to make sure I could order one and today they made me wait so long to check if it’s « store policy » to give me the link that the item sold out! The employees here truly couldn’t care less to help me at all. I strongly advise against ever purchasing from this store - any other store will have better customer service. This store is the biggest disappointment of all the outlet stores I have ever been to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this store -the worst customer service...
