This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The store was absolutely filthy inside, which should’ve been my first red flag. But the real issue was the incredibly rude service. I travel for work and always have to get my food tax exempt. I have all the paperwork, and I know it’s something that can be done with a simple button at the register. When I told the barista, that I was going to need her to do tax exempt she snapped back with the nastiest tone “You’re gonna need me to what??!” She wasn’t just confused which could have been somewhat understandable, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and had zero interest in even trying to figure it out. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the shift lead, but still refused to make any effort to figure it out. It’s one thing to not know how to do something, but to treat a customer with that kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. I understand that tax exempt is kind of annoying but it's not that weird. Also all places do tax exempt and I know for a fact starbucks does it because I've had no issues a other starbucks locations. Between the filthy store and the rude, unhelpful staff, this location was a complete embarrassment to the...

⸻
👍 What people like • Consistent coffee & good taste — Some reviewers say their drinks (even custom ones) come out well. • Friendly, efficient staff / good service — Many mention kind baristas and decent customer service. • Clean, spacious layout & parking / drive-thru — Reviewers note that there’s good parking, and the place feels clean and manageable. • Convenient location — It’s off US-9, making it accessible for travelers.
👎 Complaints / drawbacks • Waiting and order delays — we found long waits during the weekends including instore, especially via drive-thru or mobile orders. • Staff interactions are very positive • Crowded or “busy” environment — Because it’s in a popular route, also mall next to the store, during peak times it can feel crowded and slower than desired.
⭐ Overall impression
So overall, it seems to be a good but not perfect location — solid option, especially for travelers needing a stop, but don’t expect flawless performance...
Read moreEvery staff member was openly talking about being sick and still having to work. Employees kept asking this one particular employee if she was ok, apparently she was having trouble even standing. Overheard them say the manager forces them to work sick....which clearly affects their job performance. Placed mobil order, got my drink, waited 15 minutes for my sandwich and when it was done, he set it down without even telling me it was mine. So I waited and then finally went and looked at the sandwich he set down, and it had my name. It was cold at this point. This is the WORST starbucks I've ever been to as far as customer service. And, btw having several enployees talk about being sick, and forced to work, in front of customers, is just bad business. I will never stop there again. Warren county health department should probably make a...
