1456 altamont avenue Rotterdam poor management and only one person running the store most of the time, The worst I've ever experienced this GameStop in Hannaford plaza in Rotterdam is the worst, Amber new employee the female that messed up my order months ago and couldn't get my money back just kick me out of the store along with another person for simply trying to do business and that was ready to spend lots of money as I usually do when I go in there and didn't want to put the mask on she basically pushed us out of the building this is unacceptable and unprofessional and the person should be reprimanded and basically terminated. To top that off we were calling them as we're approaching the store and she still didn't answer the phone. She had phone in her hand pushing buttons constantly hanging up on everybody that calls meanwhile one person in the store. Now it's October 2022 and they have 2 people and yet the same person walking in and out like they own the place, unbelievable. Cross gates mall seems to be best location thus far. As of December 8th 2022 one employee no greets long wait lines. Read moreI have never gone to this GameStop before. However, it had a lot of copies of a game my son wanted for his birthday so we took a trip there. There was a mix up with my purchase and after another trip to the store I was pleased on how the management and store representative Erin handled the error. It was the night of my sons birthday and the representative understood my frustration about having to return to the store to handle an error that wasn’t on my part. Erin handled my situation with kindness. She was able to resolve my situation with the help of the store manager and even gave my birthday son, and my other two sons a stuffed animal. She is no way had to do this as I would of been as happy with just getting the error resolved. Erin went above and beyond to make sure not only I but my entire family left the store happy. Bought a standard PS4 , was given the wrong an PS4 pro still linked to the previous owners account. Brought it back and got the correct console, nasty as ever covered in someone’s else dead skin AGAIN! Factory reset was a fail again, disk drive did not work. Management needs to do better. The staff member was as helpful he could be. Only management can do online returns, it’s a Saturday night, what day could possibly be more busy? There is no reason for a manager to not be available or allow staff to do such returns in their absence with a company of this size.
