I stopped by Red Apple - Pakistani Indian Cuisine for the first time, thinking it was a sit-down restaurant based on the name and signage. It's actually more of a takeout spot located inside a gas station plaza, right between a fast-food joint and a market. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but let me tell you, this place did not disappoint.
We ordered:
Goat Karahi (medium spice)
Chicken Korma
Butter Chicken
Chicken Biryani
Jalapeño Naan & Butter Naan
The goat dish was the standout winner. They asked for our spice preference, and medium was perfect. It took about 30–40 minutes, which made sense since they were preparing it fresh. The flavor was incredible—tender, well-spiced, and rich. I highly recommend getting a goat dish if you stop by.
The chicken dishes were good, though I personally would’ve loved an option for bone-in chicken to keep that full depth of flavor. Still, the sauces were creamy and satisfying. The naan was fresh and flavorful, especially the jalapeño one which added a nice kick.
I do wish they had Desi chai on the menu—that would’ve been the perfect way to round off the meal. One more shoutout: the gentleman at the front was super friendly and provided great customer service.
So if you're passing through or nearby, don’t let the location fool you—this place is worth a try. Skip the expectations of fine dining and dive straight into the food. Just be ready to wait a bit if you're ordering goat, but it’ll be...
Read moreI ordered through DoorDash and I received my order missing 2 items worth $25. I called the restaurant and they were adamant and lied and said that they gave 2 bags to my driver. I called the DoorDash driver and he said no, they only gave me one bag, I saw them put forks and then they tied it and they only gave me one bag and the DoorDash driver was telling the truth because the bag did have forks and it was tied. And why would you even answer your phone if you are stealing food from the person delivering to so I know that the doordash driver didn't steal the food? The restaurant just did not give him that second part of the order but was saying they did to steal my money. Also the food was DISGUSTING. I ordered lo mein and i got pasta with basically tomato sauce, it was greasy and tastes like spaghetti, and the chicken was soggy overcooked, and drowning in soy sauce. I didn't even eat the food.I tasted what they gave me and threw it in the garbage because its not...
Read moreI had an amazing dining experience at Red Apple. Every dish I tried was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. The highlight was undoubtedly the Chicken Tikka Masala — rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, it was an absolute delight.
From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was consistently delicious. The naan was soft and buttery, the biryani was fragrant and flavorful, and the curries were spot on. You can tell the chefs put their heart into every dish.
The service was friendly, and the ambiance was cozy, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic, mouthwatering food. I’ll definitely be back to try more...
