The values of a business are equal to that of the owner, especially when it comes to a small business. The best way to see what values a business owner has, is to see how they handle issues.
In these times it is especially important to be watching where we spend money. Even so, we always make sure to order from 4 Corners once a week and get delivery. We do this because the food is good and it allows us to support a local small business and the people working there.
Tonight we were brought the wrong pizza, that we could not eat due to food allergies. We also had Ranchero Fries and boneless wings. When we called and notified 4 Corners that we got the wrong pizza, we were told they would replace the pizza, and only the pizza.
Why did I want/need the sides replaced as well? If we were to wait for the new pizza, the fries, which are covered in cheddar cheese and ranch, would be soggy and cold. The boneless wings would be cold. If we ate the fries and wings, when our main meal, the pizza, arrived, we would not be hungry for that.
I expressed this and that I wanted all the food replaced. The person on the phone was nice, but explained the “person in charge” would not allow that.
I got in my car and brought the completely untouched food back for a refund. The owner did not come out himself to refund me, rather he made his staff deal with this, at one time, regular customer, now former customer.
We will never again give our business to someone like Michael Carreri, that treats any customer this way. He may know pizza, but he sure doesn’t know customer service. It’s too bad, the boneless wings are the best...

They said it should be a few more minutes, one time, two times, three times, four times. I was work and this is my lunch break. so will while waiting several a few more minutes. time was clicking down. so about 20 minutes later. I get my food it is not like i ordered something major I ordered some broccoli knots. Read moreTerrible place! I guess this place is for certain people! I came here months ago with my mom and another car with another black woman pulled up and we couldnt even get inside during open hours! Noone ever said anything even though it was 6pm and sign flashing open! This time I actually get inside, but the girl was on the phone never acknowledged me! 2 guys came from the back and never asked me if I needed help or was served! The funny thing is the pizza looked old anyway but I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt! This place needs to work on everything from manners, cleanliness and not showing your ignorance so blantantly! I'm from NYC so pizza is our thing! The garlic knots and cheesy bread looked good but no to the Pizza but I will give my $$ to a...
