Hello, I am extremely disappointed in this place. On 11/5/22, I showed up for a basic oil change and left paying a whole lot more and and with the step of my drivers side broken. One of the mechanics was seen on camera going in and out of my vehicle. After a few step ups and step downs he broken my step of my van and tried to cover it up by stating it was due to excessive rust. Yes my van is rusty, but not to the level of where he had to break the step of the vehicle.
It was accident by the mechanic, but extremely unprofessional to tell me to take it to a body shop and get it fixed. Had he been more careful, the step would have not been broken. I came in to the store with a good step ladder, and left with a broken one. That makes no sense to me. I will never go to this location again. It was a recommendation from a friend and I was excited to bring my van to a new mechanic.
I will be filing a complaint against the store and I want my step fixed. I am so upset. The step allows me to safely get in and out of my vehicle. Now I have to hop off and risk injury. See photos attached. How would you feel if you came in with a good step, and...

I came here with a Groupon discount about 5 months ago. I have a late 2000s Toyota and it had OEM valve drain (I know cause I was at the dealership when it was put in). I took it back to the dealership just last week and this was replaced with an aftermarket one - so basically the Valvoline associates switched it out. The guy at the dealership pointed it out to me.
I remember the the drain plug cause it was brand new when they put it in (it was chrome and stood out and when I asked, the dealership guy specifically explained to me) and now it's been replaced with this old rusty one
The OEM one only costs 5 bucks so it's not a big financial deal, but a service shop that switches parts off? You got to...
Read moreHave come in for 2 recent routine oil changes- this most recent visit they tried to upsell me an excess of services that I ultimately didn’t need, left my tire pressure and engine lights on without reading the codes/checking the issues, and left with my car making a horrible screeching noise that it didn’t make before. They did look at a separate issue related to a potential leak but did not address the engine and tire problems- in fact, they wrote on the sheet that they did check the tires and that the pressure was ok (it was not ok). While the men working there are nice, I’m disappointed with the service and nervous to even try to bring my car back for a fix. Better off taking your vehicle to a smaller local auto shop...
