Marshalls — Local services in Town of Rye

Bad experience. Do not recommend going. My husband was trying on A PAIR of shoes. We are discussing the shoes in english and my husband puts the box on the seat to walk and see how the shoes feel. Next thing we know this women in spanish starts complaining that we left a mess. When I responded in spanish she looked at me in shock that my husband and I spoke Spanish. I told the women My husband and I did not make the mess we only have 1 box which we are still using. The woman starts to get loud that everyone always makes a mess. I understand where the lady is coming from but A. Its part of your job. B. you are yelling at the wrong people. There was a group of people before us that took out half of the shoes and yet no comment for them. Definitely...

I should’ve read the return reviews first. I felt humiliated by returning to the store. One of the employee saw something wrong with the tag i was returning and she talks and acts like i did something wrong after asking someone which i believed a manager. I dont reccommend people to go there!!! The cashier was nice though...I shopped a lot in Marshalls in different state and within one or two months i spent a lot buying into their store and thats the only place which made me feel humiliated. It was also my first and LAST time going in...

I am shopping in this store many years and always received good customer service . So I was surprised around two weeks ego when I come to return TF jacket . Casher left to look for manager, for long time without telling me what is a problem. Mananger show up telling me I can’t returned jacket because tag sad suit collection . I pointed that tag also sad separates and not two pieces , but she make up her mind that I am steeling skirt or pants .Next day I return jacket at Hartsdale store .Your managers need...
