BoxDrop Sheboygan Mattress & Furniture — Attraction in Town of Sheboygan

Don't ever go to Box Drop in Sheboygan. Their product is good, but their service sucks. When they delivered my chaise lounge couch and my queen size bed, they showed up with ONE worker who had to go up seven stairs. My mom and I had to help him or risk my product being damaged, and I wasn't about to have that happen. Everybody knows that you need more than one guy to do said job correctly. When I asked the delivery guy why it was just him, he's said, I don't know what happened to the other guy. Well, it's your job to keep tabs on your workers! Then, when I called Box Drop to get a refund of my $100 delivery fee (of which part of that delivery fee is actually having it BROUGHT into the residence, not JUST delivering it), the lady gave me two gas cards and she said she didn't even know what was on them because they use them for the delivery truck that brings them their merchandise who comes from Fond du Lac. I immediately went to Kwik Trip to have them verified, and each had $10 on it. HARDLY the $100 I was due back (if you're doing the math with me, I'm out $80 yet). I suspect she knew exactly what was on them, otherwise there might have been an odd balance on it, or, if not, who DOESN'T know what they are giving their drivers in gas?! If you don't know, THAT'S bad business, too. Then she said that if there were two guys that came instead, the delivery fee would have been $150. Well, if THAT was the case, wouldn't you have said that at the point of sale and not saying it was a $100 flat fee?! What a crooked lady!!! No matter how much I tried to reason with her, saying that $80 back is better than word of mouth business lost, she just said, well, you gotta do what you gotta do. She was very unsympathetic to her customer. NEVER do business with Box Drop if you want good customer service that caters to the customer, who gives them the business that they work...

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! After purchasing a mattress at a popular furniture store (that uses three capital letters in it's name); both my husband and I were expereincing extreme back pain due to the divots in the less than two year old bed. We drove down to Sheboygan and had the BEST experience at BoxDrop. We explained our issues to the two fabulous ladies that were there and they both pointed us in the right direction; our new bed! We have had the bed for almost two weeks and it has been a world of difference. My husband and I greatly appreciate the staff at BoxDrop for helping us and we look forward to purchasing other items there in the future. ...

I came here after unsuccessfully hunting for a quality mattress within my budget at other mattress stores in the area. BoxDrop, compared to those other stores, has a great supply for extremely good prices, and the folks who work here are very friendly and helpful. For reference, I was trying to find something for under $700, was convinced I'd have to instead drop around $900 at other places, but managed to find a mattress of comparable quality here for under $500.
