This park used to be a decent park. Arriving at the parking lot we wanted to quickly unload all our BBQ stuff it wasn't going to take too much time. One of the park rangers rudely told of to move out of where we were parked because we weren't supposed to be there. We didn't hesitate and we loaded back the stuff inside the trunk of our car but they were being extremely aggressive and told us to hurry! Move! I'm not the type to be thinking it was because of our race but I'm pretty sure it was because of it. Another issue my daughter brought with her was a small tent maybe two ppl can fit and another park ranger told us to take it down and we did, but walking to the pool we saw other groups that had the same type of tents like my daughter had and they weren't told off. They get to pick and choose who can have privileges and who cannot. We later read the park regulations and it was true that tents aren't allowed but it should also say it applies to EVERYONE! Public bathrooms and also in the pool bathrooms and changing room beware the entrance to the women's and men's side are across each other with no privacy whatsoever anyone can see you. It's great to have a communal space to enjoy a day in nature. Like most public picnic areas, it's great to have a space to venture to enjoy a meal or bbq. At the exact time, when the day gets going, it can get crowded. That comes with any public park.
