America's Attic — Attraction in Town of Union

We consigned most of the furniture from our 2750 sq ft Colonial to Americas Attic at the end of August 2018 just before home sale. Lot of name brand furniture mixed with a bunch of misc items - enough to fill up a 26 foot moving truck expertly loaded floor to ceiling. If you are planning to sell and or donate your furniture you would be better off just letting Brad and team handle it. We netted just as much as I would have gotten for the few items I would have sold and I did not have to worry about getting items either staged outside or on first floor and waiting for local donation places to pickup. PLUS - there were some very heavy items on 2nd floor that needed to navigate a curved staircase and the 3 person moving team handled them and all the furniture like Pros with no injury to people or home! If you are moving and don't plan to take furniture with you this is the only way to go - call Americas Attic they expertly extracted the furniture in just 2 hours and we were very happy with our total cut of the consignment sales. We moved from NY to South Carolina and I just wish I could find a furniture shop like Americas Attic for when we find a new home. Grandfather clock picked up today. We have consigned several items with America’s Attic over the years. Fair, dependable and a pleasure to deal with.

Up for sale is an AMAZING preowned Howard Miller Grandfather Clock. Working and in excellent condition. This is the Remembrance model now retired from retail sale model # 610-440. The dial is polished brass with an astrological blue moon phase with etched and fret cut brass center disc and corner spandrels. The curio clock is softly arched with beveled glass on the sides and the lower doors. Finished in Oak Yorkshire wood with a cable driven, triple chime Kieninger movement and silence chime option. The chimes can be set to Westminster, Whittington, or St. Michael's. The clock measures to 81 & 3/4" inches in height, 35 & 1/2" inches in width, and 14 & 1/2" inches in depth. The door locks (key included), the clock is a wind up (crank included), and manual included as well. Cable, Weights, Pendulum Lyre, Pendulum Bob, and all other parts are in good working condition. This place is absolutely amazing. I saw one piece online and went there to check it out and was thiroughly impressed with the variety and quality of what I saw on display . Easily picked out another 5 pieces. And after learning they were willing to deliver them and set them up too I bought 7 more pieces- all at incredibly low prices. I’m hooked on the place and don’t think I’ll ever buy another piece from anyone else ever again. The new furniture nowadays is like cardboard. The pieces at Americas Attic are heavy solid hardwood. They’re all used but all in great condition. Take the time and go there. You’ll be very happy you did. By the way the staff there are all very pleasant and the handlers are super careful.
