Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. Had I known my partner was being robbed, lied to, and coerced into a design neither of us wanted, I would have intervened long before it was paid for. But like most women, my proposal was a surprise so I had no say in the details. We love supporting local businesses, that’s why we trusted a local craftsman with this major life decision. Boy were we all around disappointed from start to finish working with this company. Like others, my engagement was also ruined by being proposed to with the wrong size ring!!! Not only did my fiancé have this ring CUSTOM MADE by this jeweler but he also made sure to check with the jeweler 3 times that the ring size was correct before he picked it up. He was assured and then snapped at by the boomer woman at the counter. Thanks Linda. She was an unhelpful, dismissive liar and quite honestly should not work in customer service whatsoever. After the ruined proposal I physically went in for my “free resize” 🙄(that would not have been necessary had they not lied to my fiancé 3 times) she still insisted the ring needed to be smaller to strangle my finger stating and that I should “just get over it and get used to it”. Save yourself the headache and phony bologna excuses from Adam. The lack of professionalism with no attention to detail plus piss poor craftsmanship is proof he’s lost his touch. Horrible Experience - Ruined My Proposal Day

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this jewelry store. I ordered an engagement ring weeks in advance to ensure everything was perfect for my proposal. I clearly specified the ring size as 4.5, yet on the big day, they gave me a ring in size 6.5 instead!

When I placed the ring on my fiancée's finger, it was embarrassingly loose and almost fell off. It completely ruined what was supposed to be one of the most memorable moments of our lives. After waiting three weeks, I expected precision and care, not this level of incompetence.

The lack of attention to detail and disregard for such an important occasion is appalling. This store not only failed me but also left my fiancée and me deeply disappointed. I will never trust them again and strongly advise anyone considering this store to think twice.

Over 15 years ago, Adam helped me bring my vision to life for my wife’s engagement ring. She loves tulips, and I wanted to incorporate the subtle concept of a tulip into the design. My grandfather owned LaZenka Jewelers in Vestal many years ago, passed away before I was born, and my mother passed down a few diamonds from his store to me that I wanted to incorporate into the band to honor his memory.

Adam’s design was above and beyond anything I could have imagined and still looks amazing and perfect 15 years later!
