This is the second post , looks like the first one was removed. Last night my family, friends went to Sweet Frog, my family alone spent $67, we purchased fro yo and 2 T-shirtâs which on a side note were ridiculously expensive at 25 a piece. The young lady at checkout seemed to be having trouble understanding what shirt or finding the size so my husband and friend helped her by going through the shirts. Anyway about 20 minutes later another young lady employee there walks about 3 feet from our tables and basically announced to the whole shop full of patrons that we needed to leave because we were making the other young lady feel uncomfortable. We left but obtained the managers number as she told us he directed her to that. What? I was accused of recording the girl and mocking her. Unbelievable ! I am a nurse of 31 years , I have been taking care Of people personally and professionally most of my life! I have never been so publically humiliated for absolutely NO reason! I would not recommend this place , there are other options in the area. Still in shock about this! Management needs to acts professionally and look into matters before responding in a knee...
Read moreTerrible service. My daughter filled the bottom of her cup with a flavor she couldnât have with her celiac disease. We asked the blonde lady up front if we could have another cup since sheâs allergic to the yogurt she had, the lady said âWell why canât you just scrape it out and get something else?â I explained to her my childâs celiac disease and she finally threw ours away, but of course had to roll her eyes while doing it. The amount of ice cream in her cup was maybe 2 ounces. I understand that itâs wasteful and that we shouldâve made sure before getting it, but why roll your eyes and huff and puff about it? This isnât the only bad experience iâve had with her. I asked another worker about her and they did confirm that sheâs...
Read moreReally great "build your own sundae" frozen yogurt place. I love coming here especially after watching a movie at the theater next door and treating myself to something really extravagant. Loading up 50 toppings after trying several free samples of every type of frozen yogurt that they have has become a waistline expanding tradition. It never seems to cost very much and they really do have the best stuff here, in fact I can't really think of anything that I would want to put on my sundae that they don't offer. In the summer you can even sit outside and watch the shoppers. Great place to go if you're in the Town Square Mall shopping with your kids looking to reward them for...
