Update: changing to one star because they responded to my review asking me to contact them, which I did, and nobody ever responded. So basically that is a copy/paste response (it’s the same on any negative review) so they can look like they care, but they apparently have zero intention of actually doing anything.
Fun place for kids but some of the policies are frustrating and basically just a racket to get as much money as possible out of the customer. I wanted to buy a 10-pack thinking we’d come a few times over the winter with three kids. They informed me that it can’t be split between kids, you’d have to buy one 10-pack per child. I had an iced coffee I had JUST purchased and all I am doing is sitting at a table reading a book, but there is no outside food and drink so I had to dump it or chug it. They also don’t sell coffee inside so don’t even have the option to buy it from them. They don’t even let you bring in water and of course they know kids will get thirsty and you have to spend more money. Adults also have to pay admission regardless of what they intend to do - in my case I have a broken toe and and Ortho boot so I can’t do much but sit. On the plus side, the kids had a good time. But I don’t see us coming back any time soon - lots more places with lower prices and more family-friendly policies that...
Read moreTo start, I think this place is a rip off for what it is, but my kids like it here and we have let them go for their birthdays first at the one in Syracuse then at this location once it opened. The employee at the front desk was RUDE! To start with, we all paid, and only after we paid was I told I couldn’t bring in the drink I was holding. She rudely pointed out that there was a sign that said no outside food or drink. It is inconveniently located after you pay. I said let me get a refund and I’ll just wait outside. I was told no refunds. I told her this was ridiculous as I hadn’t even gone inside yet. Nope no refunds. She then decided the best course of action would be to just walk away and leave me standing there… Came back out after a few moments and told her I wanted the manager. I never do this but this time it was warranted. She went to get her after rolling her eyes. Manager came out and said I could go in but had to leave the drink on top of the shoe rack where there were other drinks and not sip on it while inside. No problem. Retraining needs to be done for sure. Won’t be bringing the kids...
Read moreI drove 1hour & 4 minutes to be exact to bring my Child which is turning 2 tomorrow & I am not going to be able to celebrate it at Billy Beez until next time me and my spouse are both off, I see it extremely unacceptable that we came in at 5:40PM after already calling before leaving Syracuse & even while my husband was as at the food court I stopped in and asked at what time does the front desk closes and they replied 6, when I came back after purchasing socks and ready to bring my children to enjoy themselves l knowing that they would only have an hour to play we were fine with it, the representative asked if waivers were signed I told her only one which was mines not my husbands which it doesn't take that long to complete & it did not give any options to add any children neither online the point is we were turn down by being told that is not worth paying $60 for an hour with no type of interest on making business, I would never waste my time ever coming to this Billy Beez again my time is very precious especially when I could had found something to do since everything closes...
