Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Town of Watertown

My wrap was mostly lettuce, hardly any chicken. So basically a vegetable wrap paying for chicken wrap. Campfire sauce thick and pasty with no flavoring, pretty much straight up mayo. Sweet tea was NOT SWEET and not much of a tea taste to it at all and the server said it's the best around here. OK, YEAH RIGHT. It was the worse wrap, sweet tea and campfire sauce over ever had. Look like at least this Red Robin's is going down hill BIG TIME. Service not all that great from our server. Had to ask another server for different sauce because ours was slow and didn't come to the table much. Called for him once and he kept walking towards the kitchen where he spent most of his time. Had a good amount of left overs and when we asked for a togo box he brought out the smallest box he could to bring out. When we asked for a bigger box he replied you want something bigger? WELL YEAH IT'S NOT GOING TO FIT INTO THAT DINKY BOX. I do not recommend this location for quality food. They can not afford the tea nor sugar for SWEET TEA, I GOT LIGHT BROWN WATER PRETTY MUCH. When I asked for a different cup of sweet tea I got the same weak tea with not being hardly a taste of sugar. I had to take what I paid for home to put a tea bag in and sugar to give it taste of SWEET TEA, NOT BROWN WATER. They also couldn't afford the BBQ sauce in the mayo to give it taste and make non pasty tasting. If they were out of chicken for the wrap they should of said so, so I wasn't paying for chicken to get a lettuce wrap. This is not what I usually order from there but I thought I'd change it up. Every single time I come to this Red Robin they mess my order up. This is my fourth time here out of the three years I’ve been living here and they once again messed up my order! I ordered a vegan burger with red onion added, and the wrap subbed for the sesame seed bun. They brought it out and it clearly says it on the receipt that’s stapled to the bag 1 vegan burger. I opened it up and it was a real beef burger with mayonnaise! The vegan burger don’t even have Mayo on it!!!!! This leads me to believe that no one is checking the orders before they send it out! Every experience that I have had here has been disappointing.

The first time I Ordered there, it was to go and they had to remake my burger. Once I got the burger, the guacamole I had them add had the core from an avocado in it! I crunched down hard on it! The second time I dinned in and it took forever and they once again, messed my order up! I got the beyond burger they added things I can’t eat to it. They remade that burger! The third time I got the beyond burger with avocado slices and somehow they managed to get a piece of the core in it! This time, they actually gave me a real beef burger when the receipt clearly said VEGAN!

We stopped in while driving to Lakeplacid. Earlier in the week an officer in the area had been killed and we asked the waitress about it. Taylor explained what had happened . We ordered foid and Taylor were awesome. Loved how compassionate and caring our waitress was! The funeral procession was on the TV screen and most of the restaurant was watching including Taylor and a few other waitresses. I witnessed another waitress ( with dark hair and a nose ring) approach Taylor and yell at her because she had tears in her eyes watching the procession, telling her in a very nasty tone maybe she needed to take a break. A customer actually spoke up to the other rude waitress to back off. I was appalled at the dark haired waitress to basically degrade and bully Taylor for being a kind compassionate person. It floored me to say the least and I was about to say something also but another staff member put the rude waitress nicely in her place. I will say if I ever go back I will request Taylor. Hopefully the rude waitress gas found a job not working with other people because she truly was a...
